Intelligent Wireless Photovoltaic Tracking for Optimal Energy Yield

Getting the most out of an off-grid or grid-interactive power system requires precise data. The Victron SolarSense 750 acts as a standalone wireless tracking device that monitors the true performance of your photovoltaic array. Rather than just relying on standard solar controller data, this device measures real-time solar irradiance and temperature, giving you the exact metrics needed to determine if your array is operating at peak efficiency. It is the perfect tool to ensure you capture every available watt, allowing you to harness excess energy that might otherwise be lost when your battery bank reaches full capacity.

Completely Self-Powered and Wireless Installation

One of the greatest challenges of adding monitoring equipment to an existing solar array is the complex wiring required. This unit eliminates that problem entirely. Featuring an integrated miniature solar cell and a rechargeable internal 40mAh battery, it is completely self-sufficient. There is no need to run power or communication cables across your roof or mounting structure. Installation is incredibly straightforward using the included mounting bracket and self-drilling screws, allowing you to secure the device directly to your existing panel frames in minutes.

Precision Data to Maximise Solar Performance

Solar panel output is heavily dependent on precise placement, orientation, and environmental factors like temperature. As panels heat up, their operational voltage drops, which reduces overall efficiency. By measuring both irradiance (sunlight intensity) and panel-level temperature, this sensor provides vital insights into exactly how environmental conditions are affecting your energy yield. You can even use it as a pilot device prior to a large-scale installation to test different locations, angles, and seasonal orientations, ensuring your final array configuration delivers the highest possible return on investment.

Advanced Logging and Seamless Victron Integration

Long-term performance tracking is essential for identifying shading issues, degradation, or sub-optimal system settings. The device features robust internal memory, storing detailed trend data like estimated power and temperature for up to 31 days. Furthermore, it retains historical performance summaries, including maximum and minimum daily values, for up to 730 days. All of this data is easily accessible via Bluetooth Low Energy. Simply open the VictronConnect app on your smartphone or tablet to view real-time metrics, generate trend graphs, and pinpoint performance bottlenecks. It also integrates seamlessly with Victron GX devices for comprehensive system oversight.

Rugged Durability for Australian Conditions

Designed to withstand harsh outdoor environments, the sensor is housed in a durable, UV-stabilised enclosure made from premium PPO and PC materials. With an IP65 protection rating, it is highly resistant to dust and heavy rain, making it an excellent choice for residential rooftops, mobile caravan setups, and remote off-grid industrial sites.

Key Features

  • Completely wireless and self-powered via a built-in solar cell and internal rechargeable battery
  • Measures real-time solar irradiance and environmental temperature for accurate efficiency tracking
  • Logs up to 31 days of detailed trend data and 730 days of historical performance summaries
  • Communicates seamlessly via Bluetooth Low Energy to the VictronConnect app and compatible GX devices
  • IP65 weatherproof enclosure built to withstand harsh outdoor conditions
  • Includes a dedicated mounting bracket and hardware for easy attachment to standard panel frames

Take Control of Your Energy Production

Stop guessing about the performance of your solar array and start making data-driven decisions. Whether you are optimising a caravan setup or fine-tuning an off-grid residential system, this sensor provides the critical insights required to maximise your power generation. Upgrade your system monitoring with the Victron SolarSense 750 today and unlock the full potential of your photovoltaic investment.

Solid "Star Wars"-ing.
Format: Paperback
“Star Wars: The Battle of Jakku” is a three-part, 12-issue comic series, comprised of a trio of individual miniseries that form one collective trilogy-of-sorts, and details the war between New Republic/Imperial forces in the weeks and months following the events of “Return of the Jedi.” Writer Alex Segura – who previously penned the underrated "Free Fall" – does a good job of telling a single, satisfying story that ALSO tees up his upcoming relaunch of the mainline “Star Wars” series in May. What also makes “The Battle of Jakku” a pleasure to read – particularly if you’re a diehard “Star Wars” fan - are the various Easter eggs and cross-franchise connections it makes to other entries in the series, including “Battlefront II,” Greg Rucka’s "Shattered Empire," and even Chuck Wendig's “Aftermath” trilogy. Watching this specific era of the “Star Wars” timeline be filled out and expanded within the larger media has been one of the more satisfying and consistently enjoyable aspects of the “Star Wars” property these last 10 years, and Segura – as is his want – does yeoman’s work in effectively putting a final bow on it. All in all, pretty darn good “Star Wars”-ing.

All this talk of Jakku and not a single worthwhile image of it.
Format: Paperback
This was a total disorganized mess that bears no resemblance to Star Wars at all. The art is puerile at best and some characters bear a passing resemblance to Luke and Leia. The dialogue is nonsense and reads nothing like the characters would speak. The plot is a ridiculous compilation of double crosses that make no sense at all. The Imperials don’t act like Imperials and the endless plethora of new characters and planets make for an exhausting and tedious read. Finally, the story doesn’t really mesh with that other ridiculous trilogy of books by Chuck Wendig. Real Star Wars writers were needed like James Luceno or Timothy Zahn. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Life is short. Stick to writers with a proven track record and stories that reflect Lucas’ vision not the Disney disorder. Oh for the days when Dark Horse told exciting tales and had great artists. Marvel seems to be just interested in squeezing money out of the name and not creating a meaningful legacy.
