Lindores Thiron 2024 (70cl, 49.4%ABV)This is the first release in a series of annual editions celebrating Lindores Abbeys centuries old connection to the French village and Abbey of Thiron Gardais. It was from here that the Tironesian monks originated, laying the spiritual foundations that would eventually lead to the creation of Scotch whisky. This whisky was matured in casks handcrafted using wood sourced from Thiron Gardais. Alongside specially selected Rejuvenated Red Wine Barriques

Palate : Flavours of oaky vanilla and butterscotch, undertones of plum jam playing with cinnamon & ginger, and layers of roasted chestnuts. A finely balanced and complex whisky, with a delightful finish and the smooth, silky texture that is synonymous with the character of Lindores spirit.
