Color giallo paglierino brillante, con orlo verdolino e perlage fine e persistente. Il naso si esprime su aromi intensi di frutta (mela e nespola), di mandorla, di noce fresca e di resina. In bocca, si slancia con energia e grande freschezza, avvolgendo il palato con note di cedro e pietra focaia su una importante trama minerale. Chiude lungo su un finale rotondo di fichi e polvere di caffé.Questo Pas Dosé proviene da uve prié blanc, autoctono della Valdigne, su terreni posti ad un'altitudine di 900-1200 metri. Il vino base ha svolto la prima fermentazione in legno grande di larice-rovere e in acciaio inox. La rifermentazione è avvenuta in bottiglia e la sosta sui lieviti per un periodo non inferiore ai 16 mesi prima del dégorgement. Dosaggio inesistente di 1-2 g/l.
Questo Metodo Classico è perfetto in abbinamento a salumi delicati, come del prosciutto crudo, o a secondi piatti di pesce, quali tonno, salmone o pesce spada. Ottimo come aperitivo.

Mom says they have been working so far for that bloated feeling
As of late she's been getting more discomfort and these have been helping her with indigestion. They seem to be working as intended but of course she will continue to use them for a longer period so that hopefully those symptoms she was having reside. She likes that it overall helps support metabolism and balances the gut. The natural ingredients are a plus. Doesn't have to worry about any GMO's and additives. After the bottle runs out I'll probably buy another for her since they seem to help her upset stomach.

Video lectures, just as the subtitle promises
I was seduced into buying this set on the basis of NT Wright's reputation and advertising graphics showing Holy Land locations. Consequently, I didn't pay sufficient attention to the subtitle: "The New Testament in Its World: Video Lectures." And "lectures" is exactly what this set delivers. Talking heads, lecturing on the New Testament; sometimes in a studio, sometimes in eastern Mediterranean locations.
The content is solid evangelical biblical scholarship. My disappointment is the almost complete lack of engagement with the spectacular settings much of these films are shot in. It seems to me that Wright and his producers missed a real opportunity by failing more explicitly to relate their lecture content to the places where they're standing.
I give this set a three-star rating. The lectures are a perfectly fine introduction to the New Testament, if that's what you're looking for -- but you could put them on CDs or MP3s and listen in the car. The graphics add very little to these presentations.
