Each card has 6 charades to act out and you use the minute timer, to get your team to guess and many as they can in that time frame. The earlier items on the card are easier like "Sugar Daddy" and "Rubber Pants". Later in the card it gets harder, such as "Hooker Boots" and "Pitch a Bitch". A very hilarious adult game that is very challenging and fun as well.
