Si presenta di un bel rosso rubino intenso alla vista. Sentori floreali di viola mammola e fruttati di marasca e prugna aprono lingresso al naso, poi arricchito anche da sfumature minerali. Il sorso è fresco e sapido, fragrante nel frutto, scorrevole, di ottima persistenza e leggermente balsamico nel retrogusto.Sono l’altitudine e il suolo ad averne ispirato il nome. Il Chianti Classico DOCG "Duelame" viene prodotto da uve di vigneti dislocati ai due estremi in altezza, la minima a 420 metri e la massima a 655, arroccati su lame di terra, i gradoni stratificati ricchi di sostanze minerali a cui Lamole deve il suo nome e che rendono unico il paesaggio del Chianti Classico. Nasce così un vino spontaneamente eroico. È lavorato parte in acciaio e parte in grandi botti di rovere, per arrivare a comporre un sorso scorrevole e apprezzabile in ogni minima sfumatura. Immediato e deciso allo stesso tempo, è un Chianti Classico disinvolto, che non richiede grandi attenzioni, ma che daltro canto saprà conquistarvi sino allultima goccia. Durante le vostre migliori cene tra amici, abbinatelo ai piatti tipici della tradizione toscana, e la bottiglia finirà prima che potrete rendervene conto.
Adatto per accompagnare la cucina di terra e i piatti tipici della tradizione in particolare, è perfetto in abbinamento ai crostini toscani e ottimo con la carne di maiale alla brace.
