You can use the bells while they are attached to their spinning base, or you can remove the base, allowing the bells to be held and played individually, akin to a glockenspiel.

Good product plugs hold tight. Needed it replace an old surge protector that the plugs were worn out on. My phones charger would shutter on and off and i was worried about what it was doing to the health of my battery. Would buy again usb ports are good for smart watch chargers too.
