Giallo dorato luminoso nel calice. Intenso al naso con note di frutta a polpa gialla, ginestra e miele, spezie e frutta secca. In bocca è bilanciato, armonico, persistente e animato da una piacevole vena acida.

Il Toscana IGT “Le Grance” 2016 di Caparzo nasce da uve chardonnay, sauvignon e traminer. Dopo la pressatura il mosto è lasciato a contatto con le bucce per 24 ore a bassa temperatura, a cui segue la fermentazione in barrique. La maturazione è eseguita in legno a contatto con le fecce nobili. Un bianco che dimostra come sia possibile ottenere un ottimo bianco da invecchiamento in una terra famosa per i grandi vini rossi.

Bianco importante e complesso, da abbinare a secondi piatti a base di pesce in salsa e carni bianche.
