US Navy multi-mission maritime aircraft. The P-8A design is similar to the commercial 737-800. It's been deployed for long range anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare, reconnaissance, intelligence, search & rescue and surveillance.
It is equipped with an infrared sensor turret, advanced radar, and is capable of air-to-air refueling. The P-8 combines advanced weapon systems with low operational costs. It shares commonality with commercial aircraft providing supply chain economy for production and parts support.
The P-8A is currently flown by the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force, UK Royal Air Force, Royal Norwegian Air Force, and the Royal New Zealand Air Force. The Republic of Korea Navy, German Navy and Royal Canadian Air Force have chosen to add the P-8A to their future fleets.
Kit features include:
- Weapons bay and landing gear bay that can be built open or closed
- AGM-84 Harpoon anti-ship missiles and MK54 Torpedoes
- Detailed interior weapons bay
- Can be assembled with five MK54 Torpedoes
- Detailed cockpit features realistic instrument panel, well contoured seats, control sticks & back plate
- Varied antennas on the fuselage and nose, including an INMARSAT antenna on the tail
- Can be assembled with up to four pylons on the wings

Fabulous! I’ve purchased these more than once!

These are beautiful and the perfect size for the 12” wide boards I use. The lumber isn’t cut to exactly 12” so there is a slight gap in the back towards the wall which I like for cords, and the boards stay in place with bottom screws. These are very sturdy, thick, and solid. I have not had a single problem with any of them. They are easy to install and very functional. Definitely worth the cost. I have purchased a couple of times.
