Marco Aurelio (121-180 d.C.) fue un emperador romano y filósofo estoico. El texto de "Meditaciones" recoge notas sobre su vida como líder y sus reflexiones sobre la filosofía que practicaba en su vida diaria. Sus pensamientos abarcan temas relativos al ser humano tales como la vida, la muerte, el universo, la moralidad, la creación o los valores que deben ser fuente de inspiración para vivir y llevar una vida honorable y sincera. 

Séneca (4 a.C. - 65 d.C) fue un filósofo conocido por seguir la doctrina estoica. "El Libro de Oro" recoge aquellas máximas que definen con mayor precisión cuales eran los valores morales por los que se regía y nos acercan a su forma de ver y vivir la vida. 

Epicteto (55-135 d.C.) es conocido hoy en día como un gran filósofo griego seguidor de la corriente estoica. "Manual de Vida" es el texto más famoso y conocido que lleva su nombre, aunque no fue escrito por él, sino por su discípulo Flavio Arriano, que se encomendó a la tarea de recopilar las enseñanzas de su maestro y ponerlas por escrito con el objetivo de que todo el mundo pudiera conocerlas.

I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough. As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK. I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story. I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

Fun with a late blooming omega

I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
