But it's a heck of a lot better than the off brands with stevia. If you give it sometime and forget what the original taste like, this is great! I like the fact that it does not have sugar or aspartame. It works good for regularity. I used this twice a day after surgery with lots of water to help with the anesthesia constipation and have continued to use it.
