How Do I Use the Leg Lifter?
You can use the lifter either on your own or with the help of one carer. Simply drop the lifter under your feet, either together or one at a time, and then, using the ladder-like handles, adjust your grip so that you can easily raise your feet out of bed or car, and onto the group.
