Ed è quindi davvero con gioia che ci si approccia a questo Fiano Passito DOC “Privilegio”, vino che sin dal nome fa comprendere come ci si debba preparare a un’esperienza davvero unica; si tratta infatti di un’etichetta esemplare nel presentare una struttura dove l’equilibrio fra dolcezza, sapidità e acidità disegna un sorso sublime e impeccabile. Le uve vengono fatte appassire per circa 8 settimane, per poi fermentare e maturare in barriques per 6- 8 mesi. Un Passito dove tradizione e innovazione si mescolano in un vortice di sensazioni uniche, davvero da non perdere.
Perfetto in abbinamento a formaggi erborinati saporiti e a dessert di vario genere. Ottimo anche con la pasticceria secca, dà il meglio di sé con una crostata di crema pasticcera e fragole fresche.

I do like this toy for what it is meant to do. It is definitely built for strong chewers and holds up way better than softer toys that get destroyed in minutes.
