Straight-up greens mix with 2g inulin and 15B CFU

Panda Supps Superfood is basically a daily greens and gut booster with some antioxidants, mushrooms, and adaptogens added in. That's key to get. It's not a heavy-duty adaptogen product, not a full nootropic, and not meant for big performance gains. The focus is on three main things: basic greens, prebiotic and probiotic help for your gut, and a wide mix of plant nutrients that make it better than just a simple chlorophyll powder.

The core is 2,000mg organic wheat grass plus 2,000mg organic agave inulin. Wheat grass brings that classic greens vibe people look for: stuff rich in chlorophyll, some trace nutrients, and an easy way to up your plant intake. Inulin is the real star here as a prebiotic fiber—it feeds the good bacteria in your gut and sets up the right environment for probiotics to actually do something. At 2g, that's a smart choice that stands out. Then the 15 billion CFU of Lactobacillus acidophilus builds on that, making this a legit gut-health option instead of just throwing in some greens for show.

It expands from there with algae, fruit antioxidants, and a bit of hydration help. Spirulina at 500mg and chlorella at 250mg add dense nutrients from algae, like protein bits, pigments, and antioxidants. Acai juice powder at 500mg, cranberry extract at 250mg, and pomegranate extract at 250mg standardized to 40% ellagic acid bring in polyphenols for extra support. Coconut water concentrate at 250mg helps with hydration, but it's not a full dose on its own—think of it as a nice bonus.

The energy and brain side is kept light on purpose. Matcha green tea at 200mg contrib

Key Highlights

  • 2,000mg Organic Agave Inulin Powder — this is a big deal because inulin is a prebiotic fiber that actually helps, not just filler. It feeds your good gut bacteria and sets things up so the probiotic can really work.
  • 15 Billion CFU Lactobacillus acidophilus — that's a solid probiotic amount for a greens powder. Paired with the 2g inulin, it makes this great for real gut support, not just buzzwords.
  • 2,000mg Organic Wheat Grass Powder — a strong base that makes this feel like a proper greens product. Wheat grass helps with chlorophyll and overall nutrition, turning it into an everyday wellness go-to instead of just a probiotic drink.
  • 500mg Organic Spirulina + 250mg Chlorella — these algae add nutrient punch and more antioxidants. They widen the plant benefits beyond basic grasses and fruits.
  • 250mg Pomegranate Extract standardized to 40% Ellagic Acid — way better than plain pomegranate. The standardization means it's targeting real polyphenols, not just a fancy name on the label.
  • 500mg Acai Juice Powder + 250mg Cranberry Extract — these fruit bits boost the antioxidant side. They don't replace eating fruit, but they make the powder more complete than one with just grasses and algae.
  • KSM-66® Ashwagandha — they went with the top branded version from Ixoreal Biomed, not some cheap stuff. At 125mg, it's more of a helper dose than full power, but the quality is legit.
  • 200mg Matcha Green Tea with only 6mg total caffeine — keeps it low-key on stims. You get matcha's benefits without it becoming an energy bomb, so it's easy to fit in mornings or with other caffeine.

Who Is This For?

  • Busy folks indoors all day, training a few times weekly, with spotty veggie intake. The 2g agave inulin and 15 billion CFU Lactobacillus acidophilus fill digestion and nutrition gaps, while greens and fruits add plant power without perfect meals.
  • Casual lifters wanting wellness that fits workouts, not intense pre-workouts. It brings gut help, antioxidants, and light stress support from KSM-66®, rhodiola, ginseng, and lemon balm without heavy stims.
  • People ditching sugary, hidden-blend greens for transparency. This shows key doses so you know what's real, not just hype.
  • Gut and regularity focused users over energy seekers. Inulin-probiotic duo makes it better for digestion than greens with weak probiotics and no prebiotics.
  • Vegan fans wanting plant-heavy powder with organics and low stims. Organic wheat grass, spirulina, turmeric, ginger, and vegan KSM-66® suit a wellness routine.
  • Adults after a low-caffeine morning drink that's not pre-workout like. 6mg from matcha keeps it gentle, unlike greens packing hidden stims as 'natural energy.'

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 8-12 ounces cold water daily. Morning's great to kick off the habit and pair with breakfast, which helps if prebiotics bother you. New to this? Start with half a scoop for 3-5 days to check gut feel before full. Shaker beats spoon for even mixing of wheat grass, spirulina, and juices. No food needed, but with a meal cuts any gas from inulin. Stacks well with protein, creatine, electrolytes, fish oil, or multi based on your setup. Don't think it replaces a real adaptogen, nootropic, hydration, or multi—those are just bonuses. No cycling required for daily gut and nutrition. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry to protect probiotics and plants from moisture or heat.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: you taste the greens and feel the texture, but no quick body change since caffeine is just 6mg—no stim hit. 10-40 minutes: still no energy wave—this isn't for that. Some notice it goes down better with food, thanks to the inulin. Days 1-7: early wins are usually gut-related if your fiber and probiotics were spotty before. Weeks 2-4: that's when it clicks, with inulin-probiotic helping regularity and daily greens boosting consistency. Adaptogens and mushrooms add subtle buildup, not big changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Panda Supps Superfood actually best for?

Its best use case is daily greens and digestive support. The formula is anchored by 2,000mg agave inulin and 15 billion CFU of Lactobacillus acidophilus, which makes it more compelling for gut-health routines than for acute energy, hardcore nootropic effects, or clinically dosed adaptogen support.

How much caffeine is in Panda Supps Superfood?

It is a very low-stim formula with 6mg total caffeine. That small amount comes from the 200mg matcha green tea inclusion, so you should not expect a pre-workout-style energy boost.

Is the ashwagandha in this formula a quality form?

Yes. Panda Supps uses KSM-66®, the branded full-spectrum ashwagandha extract from Ixoreal Biomed, which is one of the most respected forms on the market. The caveat is dose: at 125mg, it is below the 300-600mg range commonly used in human studies, so it is supportive rather than full-strength.

Will this greens powder help with digestion?

That is the formula’s clearest strength. The 2,000mg of inulin provides prebiotic fiber, and the 15 billion CFU of L. acidophilus adds probiotic support, creating a more complete digestive approach than greens products that only include grasses and a token probiotic count.

Can I take Panda Supps Superfood with coffee?

Yes. With only 6mg caffeine total, this product contributes very little stimulant load. It is unlikely to meaningfully affect a normal coffee routine unless you are unusually caffeine-sensitive.

Should I take it on an empty stomach or with food?

Most users will do best taking it with or after a meal, especially when first starting. The inulin is beneficial, but prebiotic fibers can cause gas or bloating in sensitive users if introduced too aggressively on an empty stomach.

Does this replace a multivitamin?

No, not fully. It does contain vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, manganese, and potassium, but the doses are modest and better viewed as supportive additions than as a complete multivitamin substitute.

Is this a good substitute for a dedicated mushroom or adaptogen supplement?

Not if your goal is clinically aggressive mushroom or adaptogen dosing. Lion’s mane, cordyceps, rhodiola, ginseng, lemon balm, and KSM-66® are all present, but they are included at supportive levels rather than the heavier standalone doses often used in research-backed specialty formulas.

How does this compare to many greens powders on Amazon?

It compares well on transparency because the key actives and doses are disclosed rather than hidden in one huge proprietary blend. Its biggest real-world advantage is the combination of 2g inulin plus 15 billion CFU probiotic support, which gives it more digestive substance than many generic greens formulas.

Do I need to cycle Panda Supps Superfood?

No. This is a daily wellness product, and the main reasons to use it—greens intake, digestive support, and routine nutritional consistency—are benefits that come from regular long-term use rather than cycling on and off.

A HAUNTINGLY BEAUTIFUL TAPESTRY OF EMOTIONS
Format: Paperback

With an almost dreamlike, fairy-tale quality to her every word, Mia Sheridan weaves a hauntingly beautiful tapestry of darkness and light, love and loss, pain and atonement, with a tale that transports the reader to a place where true love never dies, and where a spark of hope can find its way through even the smallest of cracks in an old, stone wall. Set against the vivid background of the mystical city of New Orleans, this is the story of two lonely hearts who find safe harbour in each other’s arms, but as they work together to unlock a mystery from the past, they begin to discover that the greatest battles sometimes lie within us, and that is where they must be fought. As always, Mia Sheridan’s storytelling is exquisite, transcendent, soulful, and just stunning. Shortly after moving to New Orleans to pursue a career in ballet, Clara Campbell finds herself awash in loneliness and uncertainty, the company of an elderly neighbour becoming her only respite from the melancholy that threatens to overwhelm her daily. And it is during one of her visits to her elderly friend that Clara learns of a century-and-a-half-old legend held within the beautiful, broken structures of Windisle Plantation. From the moment Clara hears the story of a beautiful young slave who fell for a handsome southern soldier, and whose spirits are said to be still trapped in the very place where their love affair ended so tragically, she begins to feel a strange pull to Windisle, beckoning her to explore the secrets held within its shadows. But instead of finding ghosts there, Clara meets a mysterious stranger hiding behind its walls. Holding himself responsible for the tragic events that led to his own scarred appearance, Jonah spends his days drowning in sorrow and loneliness, but from the moment he hears a young woman’s selfless wish whispered through the cracks in an old, stone wall, he becomes bewitched by her. They continue to meet week after week, spending time just talking, and sharing their innermost thoughts and fears with one another, even though that stone wall continues to stand between them. “𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘵. 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘢 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵, 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘭.” As they slowly begin to piece the past together, getting closer and closer to setting the star-crossed lovers free from the curse trapping them at Windisle, Clara and Jonah also begin to fall in love. But it soon becomes clear to Clara that her velvet-voiced ‘wish collector’ might be living in a cage of his own making—never too far, but always far enough to be out of reach to her, their reality in so many ways echoing the very curse they are trying to break. The depth of emotion that Mia Sheridan is able to conjure on the page is breathtaking, her nuanced prose brimming with symbolism and sensuality, but her true gift lies in creating complex, fractured characters that have been bruised by life, but who find unexpected glimmers of hope and grace when they least expect it. The novel builds slowly with absolutely gorgeous language and setting, and with a dual timeline structure that sways gently from past to present, braiding the narratives together little by little, we unravel the past at the same time as the future unfolds before us. Both beautiful and tragic, this is the kind of story that sticks with you long after the final page. “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘢 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘶𝘴, 𝘈𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘢. 𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘥𝘦, 𝘸𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥. 𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘦?”

This was a beautiful modern day re-telling of Beauty and the Beast
Format: Kindle
This was a beautiful modern day re-telling of Beauty and the Beast set in an old plantation homestead in New Orleans. Jonah is a hotshot lawyer who was climbing his way to top when a case he was involved in led to a tragedy that ended his life as he knew it. He now lives a lonely life in his family home, the Windisle Plantation. This is a heritage building with a tragic tale behind it. Clara moves to New Orleans when she is selected for the prestigious ballet company there. She hears about the Windisle Plantation and the mystery behind the ‘weeping wall’ and seems to get fixated on finding out the truth of the love story behind it. After researching as much as she can, Clara turns up at the weeping wall with a wish. It is rumoured that if you write a wish and poke it into the wall it may be granted. However, Clara’s wish is like no other before her and she is shocked to discover that there is a person living behind the wall. Jonah has never interacted with anyone who visits his wall but Clara’s wish stands out. His quiet life has been interrupted by this exquisite, beautiful girl who seems hell bent on getting to know him. There may be a big wall between them but over time a beautiful friendship forms between them, one that seems to overcome the physical barriers. Jonah begins to realise just how lonely he has been. Clara enlists Jonah to help her solve the mystery behind the weeping wall. In doing so she is also trying to encourage him to come back into the light, rather than hiding away in the dark. Jonah finds himself saying and doing things he never thought he would do again. Clara’s persistence and determination is changing things for him. I absolutely loved getting caught up in this fairy tale filled with mystery, trepidation and a beautiful friendship between a beast and his beauty ☺

Magical!
Format: Kindle
Wowww. This is the first book in a long time that I did not want to end. I was entranced by Jonah and Clara’s story, and the whimsical romance that came along with it. The Wish Collector is sort of a Beauty and The Beast meets Phantom of the Opera vibe. Clara is a ballerina new to the New Orleans dance company. She just moved to this vibrant, mysterious city and has while trying to acclimate to her new surroundings, she hears the tale of The Weeping Wall, a local New Orleans legend that surrounds a tragic love story from the 1800’s. Clara is so intrigued that she decides to visit the site of this lore, the supposedly abandoned Windisle Plantation home. Jonah was once on top of the world as New Orleans royalty. A young lawyer on the fast track at a prominent law firm, handsome, the toast of every dinner—until tragedy strikes, and he shamefully has closed himself inside the walls of Windisle. It’s here that he meets Clara—and so our story begins! This story has mystery, intrigue, local legend, and so much whimsy. I could not put this down!! I absolutely loved the dynamic between Jonah and Clara. This was very much a romance filled with so much longing and emotion. There is definitely spice, but this is a slow burn. The circumstances surrounding Jonah make him feel like a monster and he struggles badly with his feelings for Clara—le swoooon! The tale of the Weeping Wall is a secondary love story with a shroud of mystery that Clara is determined to solve. She and Jonah work together to try to put puzzle pieces together, all the while writing their own love story ❤️ I absolutely adored this book, and I think would make for a great movie. Can’t wait to read it again!!

Great new author for me!
Format: Kindle
A beautiful story from start to finish. A New Orlean’s setting added to the enchantment. Early American history was portrayed so well - heart wrenching, yet such an important part of the story, leading to the lovely heart warming finish.
