Directions

Add packet to 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then lower heat & simmer on low for 40-50 min, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool for 15-20 min & strain thru a mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Use the back of a wooden spoon to help squeeze all the juice out, leaving none to waste. Add 3/4 cup-1 cup of *local honey. Stir well, add to clean jar and store in refrigerator.

Dosage

Adults: 1 tbsp daily

Children: (1+) 1 tsp daily

At the onset of symptoms or exposure to illness, (great for allergies also) take every 3-4 hours.
