How do I use the Target Torch?

After charging one of the batteries, pop it into the Target Torch. Press that silver button on the torch, and hold it about an inch away from the area you're treating. Don't worry about the timing - it'll shut off by itself after 5 minutes.

How often should I use the torch?

We suggest using it for 5 minutes at least 4 times a week. But if you' want best results, feel free to use it daily!

What's the difference between red and infrared light?

Near-infrared red (NIR) is invisible to the eye. It penetrates deeper into muscle tissue making it best for muscle recovery and easing join pain.

Red light on the hand, it's visible to the eye. It's best for skin restoration and repair. Wavelengths are usually between 630nm and 660nm.
