6g Citrulline. Solid 200mg Caffeine. Straight-Up Performance Boost.

Bucked Up Black Ant is a straightforward pre-workout with moderate stims and a focus on pumps. It gives you enough energy and blood flow to make your workout feel way better right away, plus some extras for focus and overall feel. It's not loaded with everything under the sun, and it's not a super high-stim bomb. It's cleaner than that. The main players are 6,000mg citrulline malate, 2,000mg beta-alanine, and 200mg caffeine anhydrous, with AlphaSize® alpha-GPC for focus, and smaller adds like taurine, Himalayan rock salt, deer antler velvet extract, and ActiGin®.

The star here is citrulline malate at 6g per serving. Your body turns citrulline into arginine more effectively than taking arginine straight, which boosts nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is a gas that helps widen blood vessels. That means better blood flow to your muscles during lifts. You'll notice fuller pumps, muscles feeling bigger, and just better performance in high-rep sets. 6g is a solid dose that lines up with what studies show works for pumps and endurance – one of the best choices in this formula.

Beta-alanine is in at 2,000mg. It helps make carnosine in your muscles, which is a buffer that fights off the acid buildup causing that burn during intense sets. This can help you push through reps that last from one to ten minutes. Studies back it up big time. But honestly, 2g is decent but under the usual 3.2-6.4g daily range from research. You'll still get some benefits with steady use, but it's more like a good start than the full deal.

Bucked Up Black Ant by Bucked Up contains 50mg Magnesium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate – this is the heavy hitter for pumps, and at this dose, you'll really feel the difference in blood flow. It boosts arginine and nitric oxide, widening blood vessels for fuller muscles and better lifts during those grindy sets.
  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous – gives you a nice energy kick, sharper alertness, and more drive without turning the whole thing into a jitter fest. For a lot of people, this hits the spot – not too weak, not too wild.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine – helps build carnosine to buffer acid in your muscles during tough reps. It's under the full 3.2-6.4g research range, so it helps out but isn't maxed – still a solid add for pushing harder.
  • AlphaSize® Alpha-GPC at 200mg – a quality choline form that boosts focus, helps with that mind-muscle connection, and makes training feel more on point instead of just caffeinated chaos.
  • Fully disclosed label – everything's listed with exact doses. In a world of hidden blends, this lets you check if it's legit based on real science, not just hype.
  • Moderate-stim setup – no massive crashes or sky-high caffeine. It's made for regular use, especially if you're hitting the gym often and need something reliable without the burnout.
  • Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin at 100mcg – this active form supports energy and nerves. It's not the main event, but it's a smarter pick than the cheap stuff.
  • Taurine plus Himalayan rock salt – basic support for hydration and cell balance during workouts. Taurine's only at 100mg, which is low compared to 1-3g in endurance-focused stuff, but it's a nice touch for overall feel.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate builders on splits like push/pull/legs or upper/lower who want pre's to amp session feel without crazy stims. 6g citrulline malate delivers pumps and fullness for those volume-heavy hypertrophy days.
  • After-work trainers needing real energy but not something that kills appetite or sleep. 200mg caffeine gives a solid boost that's way more chill than 300-400mg options.
  • Folks who dig focus as much as buzz. AlphaSize® alpha-GPC at 200mg helps with concentration, mind-muscle feel, and set quality over just feeling amped.
  • Athletes in muscle-building or conditioning phases fighting lactate buildup. Beta-alanine builds carnosine for better handling of burn in reps, supersets, finishers, or conditioning.
  • Upgraders from basic pre's with weak caffeine and pumps. This one's approachable but serious with 6g citrulline and full disclosure.
  • Users who want to know exactly what's in it. No blends – check every dose against studies, not guesses.

How to Use

Kick off with 1 scoop in 8-12 oz cold water 20-30 minutes pre-gym to check tolerance. If you're good with stims and want the full scoop, go to 2 as labeled, but track your daily caffeine. Shaker's best – mixes aminos and stuff evenly. Empty stomach for quicker kick, or light meal if stims bug you. Skip other caffeine right before unless you're aiming high and know your limits. Stacks well with creatine, intra electrolytes/carbs, or stim-free pumps for extra flow. No need for hard cycles, but breaks from caffeine pre's help tolerance. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry to avoid clumping.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: you down it, stomach feels fine, no harsh stim hit since caffeine's moderate. Minutes 10-20: caffeine brings rising energy and drive; maybe a mild beta-alanine buzz if you're sensitive. Minutes 20-40: pumps from citrulline, energy, and AlphaSize® focus align – workout feels dialed. Minutes 40-90: energy stays even, more about quality than wild highs. Days 1-7: feel the quick wins in energy, focus, pumps; beta-alanine's still building. Weeks 2-4: steady use ramps up carnosine, so you handle burny sets and tough blocks better.

Key Ingredients

  • Beta-Alanine — Helps delay the burn during repeated high-intensity sets
  • Caffeine Anhydrous — Moderate-stim energy without the brutal high-stim crash
  • Himalayan Rock Salt — Adds trace-mineral electrolyte support to the pump profile

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Bucked Up Black Ant Pre-Workout?

This verified label provides 200mg caffeine anhydrous per serving. That places it firmly in the moderate-stim range: enough for noticeable energy, alertness, and workout drive without automatically entering the 300mg+ high-stim category.

Is the 6,000mg citrulline malate dose in Black Ant actually effective?

Yes. Six grams of citrulline malate is a legitimate performance dose and one of the strongest parts of this formula. It supports nitric oxide production through increased arginine availability, which translates to better blood flow, fuller pumps, and improved training feel during volume work.

Is the beta-alanine dose in Black Ant clinically dosed?

Not fully. Black Ant includes 2,000mg beta-alanine, while the most supported daily range in the literature is roughly 3,200-6,400mg. It still contributes, especially with consistent daily use, but it is below the standard full clinical range.

What does AlphaSize® do in this formula?

AlphaSize® is a branded alpha-GPC ingredient included at 200mg to support acetylcholine production. In practical terms, it is there for mental sharpness, training focus, and better mind-muscle connection rather than raw stimulant energy.

Should I take 1 scoop or 2 scoops?

Start with 1 scoop if you have never used this product or if you are sensitive to stimulants. Use the higher serving structure only after assessing tolerance and after accounting for other caffeine sources in your day.

Can I stack Black Ant with creatine?

Yes, and it is a smart stack. This formula does not include creatine in the verified panel you provided, so adding a standalone 3-5g daily creatine monohydrate helps cover phosphocreatine support while Black Ant handles energy, pump, and focus.

Will Black Ant make me tingle?

Possibly. The formula contains 2,000mg beta-alanine, and that can create a temporary tingling sensation called paresthesia in some users. It is harmless and tends to be more noticeable in users who are newer to beta-alanine.

Is this a high-stim pre-workout?

No. Black Ant is better described as a moderate-stim pre-workout because it uses 200mg caffeine anhydrous rather than the much higher stimulant loads seen in aggressive pre-workout formulas.

How long before training should I take Black Ant?

Take it about 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That window gives caffeine time to come online and allows the formula’s focus and pump effects to build before your first hard set.

Does Black Ant use proprietary blends?

No. This formula is fully disclosed on the verified panel provided, which means every listed active has a stated amount. That is a meaningful transparency advantage in the pre-workout category.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
This was a very captivating book once you got into it thoroughly. But the third person perspective was a bit hard to get used to. But as you got into it and followed the different characters, it was interesting and filled with intrigue, conflict and forbidden love. I can’t wait to read the next one and to complete the series.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.
