1,000mg liposomal vitamin C with phospholipid delivery support

Blackstone Labs Liposomal Vitamin C keeps it simple: a solid high dose of vitamin C with a smarter way to get it into your system than your basic pill. No fluff with a bunch of underdosed herbs—this sticks to 1,000mg vitamin C and 25mg citrus bioflavonoids, backed by a phospholipid setup using soy lecithin and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin. Why? Because as you ramp up the dose, regular vitamin C doesn't absorb as well, and this liposomal approach shields it and helps it cross your gut better.

The star here is 1,000mg vitamin C per serving. It's a water-soluble antioxidant—meaning it dissolves in water and fights free radicals—and it helps with making collagen, stress hormones, carnitine for energy, and keeping immune cells firing. It knocks down the oxidative stress from tough workouts, pollution, or getting sick, while boosting white blood cells and skin barriers. 1,000mg is a hefty daily amount. You don't need that much to avoid scurvy, but it's great for extra antioxidant punch, immune backup, and recovery when life's throwing a lot at you. You won't feel it kick in like a pre-workout; it's about filling those gaps so you stay solid through intense training, trips, bad sleep, or cold seasons.

Then there's 25mg citrus bioflavonoids. Not a huge dose by itself, but it pairs perfectly with vitamin C for antioxidant teamwork. Stuff like hesperidin and other citrus polyph

Key Highlights

  • 1,000mg Vitamin C per serving — that's a real deal dose, not some weak add-in. It goes way beyond just avoiding deficiency and gives you solid support for immune health, antioxidants, and keeping your tissues strong.
  • Liposomal-style delivery system — uses phospholipids from non-GMO soy lecithin, like phosphatidylcholine and its buddies. High doses of vitamin C can be tough to absorb from regular pills, so this setup makes it stand out by helping it get where it needs to go.
  • Phosphatidylcholine-based transport support — these phospholipids create fat-friendly carriers that protect the vitamin through your gut. In this product, the delivery isn't just hype; it's what makes it work better.
  • 25mg Citrus Bioflavonoids — a smart sidekick that boosts vitamin C's antioxidant game. It's not a standalone powerhouse, but it fits right in for immune and antioxidant support.
  • Supports collagen synthesis — vitamin C is key for the reactions that build collagen, which is the stuff in your tendons, ligaments, skin, and other tissues. So this helps with overall maintenance, not just immunity.
  • Supports immune cell function — vitamin C helps white blood cells like neutrophils and lymphocytes do their job, plus it strengthens skin barriers. That's why it's a go-to in stacks for high-stress training or life.
  • Antioxidant coverage for hard training — tough workouts crank up free radicals. Vitamin C helps dial that back, making it a smart pick for heavy lifting, cardio pushes, or long endurance sessions.
  • No proprietary blend — everything's out in the open. You see exactly what's in it: 1,000mg vitamin C and 25mg citrus bioflavonoids, plus the delivery ingredients listed clear as day.

Who Is This For?

  • Strength trainers in big volume phases racking up stress from session after session. The 1,000mg vitamin C helps with antioxidants and collagen, and the liposomal delivery beats a plain pill for getting it in.
  • Endurance folks pounding pavement, biking long, or mixing cardio who need an easy daily recovery piece. Vitamin C supports tissue strength, immune vibes, and handling the wear from all that volume.
  • Fighters dropping weight, traveling for fights, or grinding in busy gyms. This gives straight-up immune and recovery help without stims, herbs, or extra stuff they don't need.
  • Hard-training pros juggling bad sleep, trips, and job stress. High-dose vitamin C is a daily toughness booster, and the liposomal phospholipids make it a step up from basic options.
  • Adults wanting immune help without a massive ingredient list. Great for targeted supps: 1,000mg vitamin C, 25mg citrus bioflavonoids, no hidden junk.
  • People who get gut issues from regular high-dose vitamin C and want something smoother. The liposomal phospholipids appeal to folks chasing better absorption and comfort.

How to Use

Take 2 tablets daily for the full 1,000mg vitamin C hit. Easiest with breakfast or your first meal, since sticking to it beats perfect timing for something like this. If high-dose C hits your empty stomach hard, eat with it. The phospholipid liposomal setup likes a bit of fat in the meal for best results. No need to split unless it feels better for you. Stacks clean with creatine, electrolytes, fish oil, greens, protein, even pre-workout—no stim issues. No cycling; it's made for daily use. Keep it cool and dry, lid tight. If you're getting vitamin C from multis or other supps, track your total.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: Swallow 2 tablets and feel zip, which is expected from a no-stim base supp. Minutes 10-40: No big feels coming, but if high-dose C bugs your empty stomach, food helps. Hours 1-6: That's when it's working quietly—antioxidants kicking in, immune support happening, delivery doing its job. Days 1-7: You start noticing the steadiness, especially if it fills a hole in your daily nutrients. Weeks 2-4: Shines during heavy lifts, bad sleep, travel, or cold weather when vitamin C keeps things from falling apart. It's not about building to a buzz; it's about patching up weak spots in your recovery and toughness.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much vitamin C is in Blackstone Labs Liposomal Vitamin C?

Each full serving provides 1,000mg of vitamin C plus 25mg of citrus bioflavonoids. The serving size is 2 tablets, and the bottle provides 100 servings.

What makes this vitamin C 'liposomal'?

The formula uses a phospholipid-based delivery system built from non-GMO soy lecithin fractions, including phosphatidylcholine, lysophosphatidylcholine, and phosphatidylethanolamine, along with HPBCD. The goal is to package vitamin C in a more advanced delivery structure than a standard ascorbic acid tablet.

Will I feel this product right away?

No—and that is normal. This is not a stimulant or pre-workout product, so the benefit is foundational rather than immediately noticeable: immune support, antioxidant coverage, and collagen-support chemistry over consistent daily use.

When should I take Blackstone Labs Liposomal Vitamin C?

Take 2 tablets daily, ideally with a meal. Because this formula uses a phospholipid-based delivery system and contains a high vitamin C dose, taking it with food is a practical choice for both tolerance and consistency.

Can I stack this with creatine or pre-workout?

Yes. This formula is stim-free and highly stackable, so it works well alongside creatine, protein, electrolytes, greens, omega-3s, and pre-workout formulas without ingredient conflict.

Is 1,000mg of vitamin C a strong dose?

Yes. It is well above the amount needed to prevent deficiency and sits at the high end of common daily supplemental use for people seeking broader antioxidant and immune support.

Why are citrus bioflavonoids included at 25mg?

They are included as a support ingredient rather than a primary driver. Citrus bioflavonoids are commonly paired with vitamin C because they complement antioxidant activity and support capillary and tissue integrity.

Does this product contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Despite an incorrect metadata flag, the disclosed formula contains no caffeine and no stimulant ingredients. This is a stimulant-free daily wellness product.

Is this product okay for beginners?

Yes, as long as they are adults and do not have contraindications such as soy allergy, kidney stone concerns, or physician-directed restrictions on high-dose vitamin C. It is one of the simpler and more approachable products in a supplement routine.

Does this contain soy?

Yes. The liposomal delivery system uses phospholipids from non-GMO soy lecithin, so anyone with a soy allergy or sensitivity should avoid it or verify suitability with their healthcare provider.

Fallen Angels, fae, vampires, oh my!
Format: Kindle
Rating: 4.5 | Spice: 2 (but a good slow-burn) • Main Characters: Huntyr and Wolf • I couldn’t wait to read this book; there was so much hype about it! And there was no doubt why. I fell in love with the characters and the plot itself. This book is mainly plot driven more than friction driven but it’s easy to follow along with. The characters are fun, easily understood. The main setting is at an academy where both the main characters are going through trials and building strength for the final test, The Transcendent. There are fantastic side characters as well. I loved the camaraderie between Huntyr and her friends. But we don’t like Lanson. 😆 We do have some plot twists that come into play throughout the book. Secrets and betrayal to be seen. I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo

“My heart bows to you and you only, Huntress.”
Format: Kindle
3.5 🌟 This book popped up in my KU recommended reading suggestions and the synopsis sounded like what I was in the mood for. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about it and ended up really liking it. I love when this happens. The main characters are likeable and I easily found myself rooting for them. There is a mystery element to each of their backstories that I enjoyed watching unfold and can't wait to get more of. Wolf, in particular, has me fixated. Love him. I found this to be an entertaining, addictive read with a plot that moves along at a good pace. It reads so easily I found myself very reluctant to put it down. Lots of twists and turns and the angst is there. A good set up for the next book to come, for sure. My issues with this book....the dialogue feels a bit juvenile at times and there is a repetitive over use of a particular word phrasing that I found myself giving the ole eye-roll to. There are, without a doubt, some pretty cliche moments that gave me a bit of the cringe. I think this could've certainly 100% benefited from more depth regarding the world building. Perhaps the world building was sacrificed to keep the pacing quick? Just a guess. Also, the lack of consistency of character for the FMC was really evident and so she feels quite illogical at times. Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read that hit the spot well enough for me. That ending certainly has me impatiently pining for book 2!

Interesting take on the genre
Format: Kindle
True rating: 3.25 ⭐️ I enjoyed the fresh take on the genre. The best way I could describe the setting and world is an apocalyptic dystopian version of Farie where vampires, fae, and angles struggle to survive in what is left of the world. It was definitely interesting throwing the academy/hunger games aspect into this world as well. Even though I guessed the final reveal early on in the book, I kept hoping I was wrong, and it would take a surprising turn. While the "plot twists" were a bit predictable to me, I still enjoyed the ride this book took me on. Another downfall for me was the plot holes in the world building... I.E. if society has fallen and the world is in the aftermath of war, how are there trains running around the world? Just to take young adults to the trials to get into the golden city? How is the train maintained, the tracks clear, etc? However, I did enjoy the FMC & MMC and thought they were fleshed out nicely. I also enjoyed the side characters but wish some were developed more like Ashalin (sp?). I do find myself rooting for the MCs to succeed and find happiness together, which is obviously an important aspect for romantasy. Overall, was this an earth-shattering, mind-bending, terrific piece of literature? No. But was it the worst thing I've read this year? Also, no. This book has, to me, the bones of a great read & just needs a bit more to push it from an alright book to a great book. Overall ratings: Plot- 3.5⭐️ World building 3⭐️ Spice 2.5 🌶🌶 Main characters 4 ⭐️ Supporting characters 3.5⭐️

great book
Format: Kindle
I am really excited to meet the author at the book retreat this month. I really enjoyed this world that she built and most of the female main character Huntress is so awesome. She goes through a lot in this book and the ending; wow! I wouldn't have even guessed. I highly recommend everyone to read this book. I have been so lucky this year that almost all the books I have read have been, so far, 5 out 5 stars.

Fallen for the Fallen Angel – A Guilty Pleasure Worth Every Page
Format: Kindle
There’s something deeply irresistible about a dark academia or trial-based setting, a brooding and arrogant fallen angel, and a fierce heroine with enough sass to go toe-to-toe with him. Wings So Wicked is exactly that kind of book—and I devoured it in just a couple of days. To be fair, the plot isn’t groundbreaking. If you’re looking for something fresh and innovative in terms of storyline, this might not be it. But if your reader heart beats faster at the mere mention of enemies-to-lovers, jealousy-fueled banter, magical trials, betrayals, and forbidden tension—you’ll feel right at home. It’s like catnip for those of us with this particular weakness. The chemistry between the leads could have used a slightly slower burn to make the tension sizzle longer, but I still found myself completely invested in their dynamic. There are moments and phrases that feel a bit cheesy or underdeveloped, but honestly? I didn’t care. The vibes were exactly what I wanted. This book isn’t trying to reinvent the genre—it’s here to give readers like me what we crave: high-stakes magical drama, angsty romance, and the thrill of watching a badass girl and her brooding counterpart clash and spark. If that sounds like your kind of story, Wings So Wicked will hit the mark. Here’s hoping Book 2 turns up the heat and keeps the magic alive.
