The HPOP hose is a critical part of the 7.3L Power Stroke high-pressure oil system, carrying pressurized oil from the high-pressure oil pump to the cylinder head oil rail. A leaking, cracked, or deteriorated HPOP hose can cause oil leaks, low injection control pressure, hard starts, rough running, poor injector performance, or drivability issues. The Grizzly GA318K is built to meet or exceed factory specifications and is supplied as the left side hose only.
