oltrepo pavese doc riesling 2024 la piottaGiallo paglierino. Si distinguono al naso profumi floreali, note di frutta gialla; al palato avvolgente, fresco, di buona persistenza. Realizzato nell'Oltrep Pavese dalla cantina La Piotta, questo Riesling ottenuto da uve vendemmiate un po' pi tardi dello standard, con una concentrazione aromatica accentuata. Successivamente alla pigiadiraspatura avviene la vinificazione con il processo della criomacerazione: le uve sono poste in apposita vasca per 12
Giallo paglierino. Si distinguono al naso profumi floreali, note di frutta gialla; al palato è avvolgente, fresco, di buona persistenza.Realizzato nell'Oltrepò Pavese dalla cantina La Piotta, questo Riesling è ottenuto da uve vendemmiate un po' più tardi dello standard, con una concentrazione aromatica accentuata. Successivamente alla pigiadiraspatura avviene la vinificazione con il processo della criomacerazione:le uve sono poste in apposita vasca per 12 ore circa a 6-8 gradi di temperatura.
Si abbina con primi piatti con sughi di verdure, pesce e formaggi freschi.
