500gms of breadmix will make a large 1kg finished weight loaf or 12 good sized buns.
Can be sliced and frozen (if not all eaten a couple of days)

 

To Make:

Place all ingredients together in a large bowl or you can use your electric mixer with a dough hook. Keep mixing until a dough is formed. It does thicken as you mix. Your dough should be slightly sticky.

Turn out the dough on to a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes, stretching the dough away from you, then folding it back on itself. Avoid adding more flour if you can: the dough will become less sticky and easier to handle as you knead.

Shape into a smooth ball. Lightly grease your bread tin and dust with flour, making sure all the sides and corners are covered.

Carefully place your dough into your tin, keeping a smooth top. Cover with a cloth to stop the top drying out.

Leave to rise in a warm draft free place for about 40 minutes.

Preheat you oven to 200°C. Once risen, bake in a hot oven for 35-40 minutes. Your bread is cooked when you knock the top and it sounds hollow.

Remove from the tin as soon as cooked to prevent a soggy bottom.

Cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Helped our puppy settle in from the first night!

We got this kit to welcome our 8 week old puppy. The warming packs work really well. Especially important since it was our puppy’s first time separated from him mom and littermates. The heartbeat is loud enough for us to hear at night but we got used to it. The Snuggle Puppy stays in his crate as his special companion and he snuggles like it’s one of his pack. Ahead of puppy’s arrival, we put one of my husband’s tshirts on the Snuggle Puppy to add his scent to it. I think that helped the transition, too. Luckily, this puppy doesn’t destroy stuffed animals. Perfect puppy gift! We use the kennel as her safe haven, and for potty training . This heartbeat tool is amazing and helped our puppy get acclimated to her kennel. She goes into her kennel and sleeps with it on her own. It calmed her down on the plane completely. We had a 6-hour flight and she did fine with the heartbeat toy. Best Idea for Puppy's First Day Home

I was a bit reserved on purchasing this kit because it was a bit expensive. After a month now with my pup at home, this was the best investment for us and our GSD. On the first night, we used the heart beating snuggle puppy and blanket. She slept the entire night without an accident or a cry. The heartbeat in the snuggle puppy and the heat pad was the best idea. Our puppy never felt alone (just fyi, her crate was in the room with us for the 2 weeks). A month later, she is so protective of her snuggle puppy. We only used 1 heat pack to soothe her during the first week. The heat packs last a while. Our GSD now uses the snuggle puppy as a pillow or an object to be close to while she is in her crate. Any new puppy owner could definitely benefit from using this. Of course, with all things puppy, it does require a bit of time to correlate toys as a positive thing. We exclusively keep the snuggle puppy in her crate and make it a part of her secure place. My GSD puppy did really care for the teething heart toy. Even after freezing it, she didn't care for it. She also outgrew the small toy. She will chew it from time to time but it doesn't entertain her much. I found the kit, overall, very helpful with our puppy's adjustment to our home. She sleeps through the night since 8 weeks old and now at 12 weeks old. We've never had an accident in her crate overnight with the help with the snuggle puppy.
