Sant Eustachio Espresso coffee

250g tin- MOKA ground coffee

Sant Eustachio Espresso coffee is only made of the best Arabica beans. The caffeine content is quite low.

This espresso has been a sensation in Italy for a long time. Now available in Germany as well.

Sant Eustachio have been guarding the roasting tradition for perfect espresso since 1938. The highest priority remains the quality of the beans. Only 100% Arabica beans of the best types pass the high quality standards of the brother Raimondo and Roberto Ricci. A visit to this small and classy bar in the heart of Rome is a must for every coffee connoisseur. The well-guarded and legendary blend Gran Caffe simply tastes incomparable. The top-rated beans are individually roasted above a wood fire, like in early times.

The following Arabica varieties are used for this blend:

Brazilian coffee- Sul de Minas
The beans are dried naturally in the sun. This process retains the features of the flavour. A very complex coffee with a slight acid level and full-bodied flavour.

Coffee from the island St. Helen - a true gourmet specialty
Only the best coffee cherries are picked every week. Harvest in this form is unique across the world. These beans possess the perfect balance between acid and body. A beautifully fragrant bouquet with touches of flowers and fruit The medium-strength body reminds of chocolate and spices.

Coffee from the Dominican Republic
Warm sea currents and continuous air currents create favourable conditions for the quality of these beans from Guaigui. It impresses with a full body and cocoa aroma. Low acid content and a remarkable creaminess make it the perfect blend for preparing espresso.

Bourbon coffee from the Galapagos Islands
The Bourbon variety has been cultivate on the island for 140 years. The region provides the perfect climatic conditions to create an outstanding coffee. Volcanic soil and a high content of minerals promote the special quality. The plants are cultivated organically in harmonisation with the natural paradise of the islands.

Coffee from Guatemala - fair traded
The population of Chajul is 92% natives. The ###Asociacion Chajulense Va'l Vaq Quyol### (literally: one single voice) has been working on improving the living conditions of the Maya-Ixil since 1988. Coffee production generates 80% of the income on site. Nowadays, the small communities sell the coffee directly for use abroad. Previously, they were forced to distribute it to intermediate traders at low prices. This fine coffee is cultivated organically.

Organic coffee from Sidamo, Ethiopia
Ideal geographical and climatic conditions in the motherland of coffee make the Sidamo quite interesting for gourmet roasts. A spicy fragrance is exuded by these small beans, supplemented with aromas of chocolate and wine. A flowery note and pronounced aromas of citrus flowers with clear, light acid round off the flavour.

The secret gourmet blend Sant Eustachio Gran Caffe is created gently and with vast knowledge about the roasting requirements of these high-quality blends.

It is no longer good enough to simply purchase a great-tasting coffee of high quality. When making a purchasing decision, the conditions of production and the entire production and trade chain should be noted. (Roberto Ricci)

Perfect for a moka pot, for example by Bialetti.

OBSESSED!!!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
I gave it 5 stars because it deserves the flowers. I do wish the paper was a little better quality. I think it would help make the pictures pop more. Regardless, this book is worth every penny. I haven't found anything else like it. The book is clear, concise, and isn't bogged down with too many details - just the facts m'am. It's a perfect starting reference to send someone down 101 different rabbit holes. I hope someday he puts out a hardback version on thick, slick paper with beautiful, glossy photographs. That would be lovely. For now, this will more than suffice. You get just enough about each artifact to get you going. From there, you can decide how to use your favorite search engine.

A great reference for Biblical factual archeology
Format: Paperback
I just received this book and I am so excited. It is a great tool and reference for Biblical studies. Each artifact has a great photograph next to the quick eye catching dates, discovery, period, keywords and Biblical passage. Then a brief but to the point description. It is simple and effective. Very easy to refer when reading your Bible or if you are just interested in archeology. Each artifact is about 2 pages and nothing more which is perfect for references. What a great book!
