Affinato, in seguito, in inox per circa 8 mesi, è un vino intenso, vigoroso e ben articolato, in grado di regalare un sorso pieno e rigoroso.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai secondi di carne rossa, si sposa bene anche con la selvaggina.
