It is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and suitable for vegetarian and Keto diets.Kasoundi, a spicy condiment, originated in South India, notably Kerala. Typically made with mustard seeds, vinegar, and spices, it has evolved regionally. Loved for its versatility, Kasoundi is cherished globally for enhancing a variety of dishes. So as you might have gathered, Kasoundi is a spice mix. This signature spice mix can be combined with a variety of main players, from chicken (it will then be called Chicken Kasoundi) to tomato and eggplants (we went with the last one as we are a vegetarian kitchen). Our Kasoundi is a condiment in the true sense of the word. A tablespoon on the side of ANY meal will enhance the flavours of that meal. It is a mouth-watering condiment on a cheese and cold meat platter, and it is scrumptious with avocado on toast.
Goes great as a pasta sauce (throw through a freshly cooked pasta), or on top of grilled fish.
