The Ford 6.0 STC HPOP Fitting Update Kit was the redesign of the high pressure oil pump for 2005 and newer Power Stroke diesel engines the "snap-to-connect" or STC fitting used to connect the high pressure oil pump to the oil supply branch tube has been problematic. The two piece fittings have a tendency to flex causing wear on the seal and the locking ring resulting in leaks and occasionally the complete separation of the fitting. When a leak occurs at this fitting, the engine may be difficult to start or may not start at all. Depending on the severity of the leak the engine may stall, sometimes abruptly and without warning.The included bracket is designed to support the fitting and branch tube and eliminate the possibility of the fitting to become separated.
KIT INCLUDES:

- 1 Branch Tube Adapter - Male
- 1 HPOP Adapter Fitting - Female
- 2 M6 X 35 mm Branch Tube Bolts
- 2 M8 X 60 mm Pump Bolts
- 1 M8 X 45 mm Pump Bolt
The STC Kit was developed containing a replacement fitting, connector and a bracket that supported the assembly preventing any movement of the branch tube and connector, and is effective in preventing STC fitting failures and continues to be an approved repair, as well as preventative maintenance.

Smells too strong

My dog hates the way this thing smells. She tries to play with it, but the scent is too strong for her nose. I know it's the scent because she usually sniffs it two or three times in between trying to grab it with her mouth. She treats it like an explosive in her mouth and quickly moves away after spitting it out.
She used to have a bone that looked similar to this (same material) that was unscented and she gnawed the hell out of it. My sister's pitbull spent the night and chewed that toy into bits, leaving my Yorkie mourning the loss of her once treasured bone.
Please make an UNSCENTED version of this toy!!!!

Bought this because of other positive reviews. It does hold up to an aggressive chewer but the pieces are sharp once it’s “broken in”. I bought the circular one as I figured that one would be less likely to break. It is still good after about 6 weeks.

My dog didn’t take to it, but yours might.

This is a very durable toy that’s reasonably priced. For some reason, my dog didn’t take to it. It might be the round shape, but there’s nothing wrong with the product. The size is good for large dogs. My dog is 50 pounds and there’s a chance it was too big for him. I’m not sure. But I think if your dog has enjoyed other similar toys, this is a good buy.
