These sleeves are significantly stiffer than our standard Inferno Knee Sleeves, even though both share the same 7mm thickness. The hourglass shape ensures maximum support while you squat. Due to their extra stiffness, it's crucial to carefully follow sizing, usage, and handling guidelines to maximize their lifespan.

Important Note on Durability:

The stiffness of the neoprene, inherently shortens the lifespan of these sleeves compared to regular Inferno sleeves. We strongly recommend reading our sizing and handling instructions to ensure you get the most out of them. However, to be transparent: these sleeves will not last nearly as long as regular 7mm sleeves. They offer less stretch, less flexibility, and consequently, less durability. In general, stiff sleeves tend to last around 6-12 months of weekly heavy use, when sizing and usage guidelines are followed.

The Inferno Pro Sleeves are designed for serious lifters seeking peak performance. That means: for PR attempts, competition preparation, or the competition stage itself, these sleeves deliver unmatched support. However, they are not intended for volume training or warm-up sets.

• Training Tip: Use softer neoprene sleeves for daily training to help your body adapt to heavier weights and build a solid foundation. Softer sleeves offer less support but enhance long-term development.

Sizing Information: Finding Your Perfect Fit

Because of the rigidity of the neoprene, accurate sizing is critical. Follow our size chart and calculator closely, use all three measuring data for the knee, quad and calf. The knee measurement is the most crucial.

▶️ If your quad or calf measurement falls into a larger size range than your knee measurement, size up.

▶️ If your knee measurement falls between sizes, size up.

▶️ If your quad or calf measurements fall more than 1cm outside the recommended size range based on your knee measurements, our sleeves may not be the best fit for your leg shape.

Washing Instructions: Hand Wash only
Hand wash at max. 40°C warm water with a light soap. Wash both the outside and inside of the sleeve and leave to air dry. Do not machine wash.

Opting for a size that is smaller than your knee, quad, and calf measurements compromises ease of removal and increases the risk of damage, and is not covered by our warranty. When in doubt, size up or feel free to ask us.

Putting On and Taking Off: Essential Tips
Refrain from using straps or other aids to put the sleeves on. Utilize a sock or leggings if needed, but if additional aids are necessary, the sleeves are likely too small. Remember, you won't have assistance during competition, so it's crucial to master the unassisted application from the start.

When removing the sleeves, exercise patience, PUSH the sleeves down, don`t pull them down with force - especially if unaccustomed to their density. Although they may initially feel stuck, they should gradually loosen with time. Keeping your foot grounded while removing them facilitates the process. Avoid fully folding the sleeves inside out, as this preserves both ease of application and longevity.

Aftercare Recommendations
Proper storage and usage are vital for maintaining the sleeves' integrity. Avoid folding them in half or inside out during storage, and if folded for application, minimize the duration. Only use the sleeves when completely dry to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
