Bambu ABS-GF is a glass fibre-reinforced ABS filament, enhanced in both mechanical and aesthetic properties. Compared with regular ABS, ABS-GF outperforms in strength, stiffness, temperature resistance and dimensional stability, while being less prone to deformation and warping. Glass fibre imparts a smooth matte finish with micro-spot gloss, blurring layer lines. ABS-GF is ideal for both mechanical parts and decorations due to the inherited water resistance, wear resistance, durability and vibrant colours.

Enhanced Strength and Stiffness

ABS-GF outclasses regular ABS in strength and stiffness, making it perfect for load-bearing and bending-resistance parts.

Greater Dimensional Stability

Glass fibre reinforcement gives ABS-GF better dimensional stability than regular ABS, minimising warping and deformation during printing. This makes it ideal for intricate mechanical assembly parts or geometric components.

Bambu Lab 3D printer comes with a spool model. Print Spool Part 1&2 from the build-in files!

Instructions for Printed Spool

When you're finished printing, you will have a wide piece (1x), narrow piece (1x), spacing shim (2x).

Find the locator (a tiny block on the wide piece). Align it with the notch on the inner ring of the filament roll. Insert the wide piece into the filament roll.

Step 1. Insert the narrow piece and align the groove of each piece inside of the spool until it is pushed firmly into the wide piece.

Step 2. Once it is pushed firmly into the wide piece, rotate the narrow piece clockwise until it slides into place and you hear it lock.

Step 1. Make sure the spacing shim is installed inside the spool (under the triangle).

Step 2. Tear apart and pull out the plastic strips.

When using toothpaste in these balls I had to put it deep into the openings or she just licks it off of the surface and when its that deep, it doesn't squeeze out like I think it should. It just stays in the crevasses and gets old and hard. As a ball it's great, as a toothpaste delivery system it's not so great.

    Horrible, don't buy

    I wanted to love these. They had so much potential. It's a good size. It seems like a good shape. But ... 1) first red flag should have been the packaging. It looked like it was a dollar store item that had beenblost on the shelves for years. 2) the rubber is super flexible. I was expecting it to be sturdier. I can flatten the ball without lich force. Maybe that doesn't matter. Naybe flexible is good. But I never got a chance to test out it's durability against a pup because... 3) it smelled. I expected it to smell like rubber, like most rubber toys. Rubber smell is okay. Usually rubber smell goes away. But, this was NOT a rubber smell. It smells like peppermint or something similar. It's like someone sprayed essential oils when mixing the rubber and now the smell will not leave. I soaked it in dawn soap half the day and overnight. I rubbed. I scrubbed. The smell actually gets worst the more you scrub it!!! It's like a scented marker or scented eraser, but you do NOT want the scent in a dog toy! My dog cannot smell the food in it because the smell of the weird mint-like scent is so overpowering. He saw it had food, and wanted it, but every time he started sniffing wildly, he would recoil. Whoever thought it was a good idea to scent this was WRONG. Mint in the form of an essential oil is extremely poisonous to dogs!! So, why they would put a mint-loke scent ijto the dog's rubber treat toy is beyond me. I would return this if I hadn't throw out the package immediately. I considered pulling the package out of the trash once i realized the scent issue but other trash had already been dumped into the trash can over it and i didn't want to dig through trash. The ball is still soaking in soap. I scrubbed again this morning. I let obe dry out. No luck. It actually seems to get worst the more you scrub, like it really is embedded in the rubber itself. Yuck!!!
