HOW TO MIX RELYTE LIKE A PRO

1. Mix one stick of ReLyte into 500-750ml of water.  Add more or less water depending on how you like it to taste.
2. After mixing, let sit for at least 30 seconds.
3. Shake it up again for another 10 seconds to let it fully dissolve
