Il Meczan di Hofstätter è un Pinot Nero Alto Adige rubino vivace con sfumature granate. Profuma di piccoli frutti di bosco e ciliegia, in modo fresco e diretto. In bocca è armonico, senza spigoli, ricco ma fine. Chiude pulito e persistente.Proveniente dai vigneti di Mazzon, universalmente considerata come la patria dei migliori Pinot Nero italiani, il Meczan di Hofstätter è vino di grande tipicità, ideale per chi in questa tipologia di vini cerca soprattutto morbidezza, fragranza ed un netto carattere fruttato. Vinificato parzialmente con i raspi e sulle bucce e lasciato maturare in solo acciaio è vino che spicca per finezza e aderenza territoriale.
Pinot Nero che si mette a tavola con facilità: pollame nobile, arrosti di vitello, primi con ragù di carne come le tagliatelle alla bolognese. Se vuoi restare in zona, zuppa d'orzo tirolese.

Product was as described. Works well. I use it for measuring the amount of coffee for my drip coffee maker. I have not done any testing with respect to actual accuracy so cannot comment. But it seems close to the other scale that I have that only measures to the nearest gram. Construction seems good. Nice looking unit.

Works as expected, nice size. Makes a big difference when adjusting espresso extraction. I haven't used the timer. One improvement for my use would be to move the power switch from the back to the front, on the side or on the control panel.
