The cartridge is fully reversible meaning if hot and cold supplies are the wrong way round it doesn't need re-plumbing. Simply remove the cartridge turn 180° and replace. Finally found the perfect backpack!

I’ve been searching for a backpack that could fit my 16-inch laptop and my other uni stuff since i commute, without looking huge on me, I’m a small girl, so most big backpacks just look bulky and awkward. I wanted something slim and sleek, not one of those backpacks that stick out and have that “belly” shape.
After a lot of searching, I finally found this one, and I absolutely love it! The material feels really high quality, and the design is just perfect. I got the 17-inch size, and it fits my 16-inch laptop comfortably.
There are so many pockets for organization, plus a separate padded compartment just for the laptop, which I really appreciate. It also has a handle that easily slides over my suitcase handle, which is so convenient for traveling (I travel a lot, so this feature was a must).
It’s comfortable to wear, the straps are adjustable, there are bottle holders on both sides, and overall it just looks clean and stylish. i got the beige color one. which i love.
I’m really happy with this purchase it has everything I was looking for. I’ll attach a short video showing all the pockets and features because it honestly deserves it!

Perfect and not bulky

Love this slim backpack, plenty of room for my laptop and so much more. Lots of zipper and mesh pockets. I like the separate compartments for the laptop. It’s well designed and very functional. I wanted something that was not bulky and this fit the bill, it’s really great. The material is nice and easy to keep clean. Seems well made, I’ll update down the road if that changes. I recommend this backpack.

Perfect backpack to use as a purse

I LOVE THIS BACKPACK! It's perfect as an EDC backpack used in lieu as a purse. It's small enough to use daily and to keep basic necessities in. It has a main compartment, a basic compartment for a laptop or iPad, and a small front pocket. There is a small area that closes with a snap where the handle comes out of that can be used for storage as well. I like to keep my sunglasses or vape in it. I like to wear a backpack when shopping, it makes it easier to have my hands and arms free and I also don't have to worry about my purse in a cart and someone dipping into it when I'm not looking. While I like to wear a backpack, I don't need an ACTUAL backpack used to carry large objects and this fits the bill. I'm able to fit my wallet, phone, 10" iPad, journal, tech kit, small makeup bag, keys, glasses, gum, coin purse, misc. pouch in it and it still has room at the top. The quality is excellent, as all Golf Bags are. The color is a beautiful neutral medium taupe (I got the light brown/cappuccino? color) but I would love this bag in black, blue, and beige! The blue color is such a pretty blue!

Storage is ok, could be better with softer cushions and a strong cover material.
Zipper is sturdy so far.
