While his labels can be a little divisive (sorry mom for bringing a bottle of wine over that has a swear word on it), his wines are so approachable and easy to love by all.
This is his Sauvignon Blanc blend (there's also some Colombard, Sauvignon Gris) and his whites are less popular than his reds for... no reason? We like them even more than his famous chilled reds.
It tastes like Starburst candies, yes kind of all the flavours you'd get in a pack! Farmed biodynamically and delicious. We really like the respect for the ecosystem this winery has: they work with bees, grain, some cute pigs, and balances the fun of natural wine with a classic taste anyone can enjoy. A real winner.
