El Chori Chimichurri Zesty Coriander is a cheeky twist on the classic, Chimichurri recipe straight from Auntie Celina’s recipe—with a fresh hit of coriander and chilli to shake things up. It’s still got that signature herby, tangy, zesty vibe, but with a brighter, citrusy edge that really pops.

El Chori started with a bit of a love story — Chico the Aussie met Chica the Argentinian, and over a shared obsession with choripán (a chorizo sandwich you’ll find on just about every street corner in Buenos Aires.), El Chori was born. Now made right here in Australia, it’s all about bringing those big, authentic flavours to everyday meals. Using Auntie Celina’s family recipe, each batch is made from scratch with fresh herbs, spices, chilli, vinegar, and a blend of oils that seriously zings.
