Stacked caffeine and alpha yohimbine to crush your cut

Insane Labz SAW is a straight-up high-stim fat burner capsule that bets big on layered stimulants to crank up energy, kill hunger, and amp fat-loss vibes instead of spelling out every dose like a science paper. This is the intense side of fat burners. It skips the gentle metabolism boosters and goes hard with multiple caffeine types, rauwolfia packed with alpha-yohimbine, AMPiberry®, and brain-support ingredients for a quick, punchy feel.

The stim foundation comes from caffeine anhydrous, Infinergy™ di-caffeine malate, and caffeine citrate, but doses are tucked in a prop blend so we don't know exact amounts. Basically, caffeine boosts those feel-good chemicals, sharpens you up, makes efforts feel easier, and can heat you up while pushing workout performance. Mixing forms tweaks the timing: anhydrous hits fast, di-caffeine malate smooths it out to avoid crashes, and caffeine citrate adds to the quick load. You feel it as a fast start that hangs around longer than one big spike.

Rauwolfia vomitoria extract, standardized to at least 90% alpha yohimbine, is what makes this thing roar. It's a go-to in strong fat burners for that noticeable buzz, hunger control, and help with stubborn fat. But heads up, it's the one that can crank jitters, heart rate, sweat, or nerves if you're not used to it – perfect for vets, not so much for newbies.

L-tyrosine is in there as a building block for brain chemicals. Makes sense: stimulants rev up dopamine and norepinephrine use, and tyrosine helps keep the supply steady when you're pushing hard on low cals.

Key Highlights

  • Stacked stim setup – SAW mixes caffeine anhydrous, Infinergy™ di-caffeine malate, caffeine citrate, and yerba mate for energy that's quicker, stronger, and lasts longer than your average caffeine pill.
  • Rauwolfia with at least 90% alpha yohimbine – this is what cranks the high-stim vibe. It's popular in tough cutting supps for killing hunger and that real heat feel, way more intense than basic burners.
  • 60 servings, one cap each – super simple to pop before a workout or cardio. For pros, that easy timing and portability beats lugging around powders.
  • L-Tyrosine for brain chemical backup – it's the stuff your body uses to make dopamine and norepinephrine. In a stim-loaded formula, it helps keep your focus sharp when stimulants are draining those reserves.
  • Infinergy™ di-caffeine malate for smarter energy – bonds caffeine with malic acid to even out the ride. You get less of that sharp peak and drop, especially handy in a fat burner.
  • Caffeine citrate for fast kickoff – this type absorbs quick for that instant lift. In a cap like this, it delivers the quick buzz high-stim fans want right before hitting it.
  • Yerba mate adds extra stim and heat layers – packs natural caffeine-like compounds and helps with alertness and hunger control. Makes the whole thing feel more complete than just straight caffeine.
  • AMPiberry® for that branded edge – using named extracts shows they're picking quality over cheap filler. Prop blend hides the dose, but it's a sign this is thought-out, not some generic dump.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned dieters training on low cals whose fire fades as food drops. SAW's stacked caffeines and alpha-yohimbine build are made for that: tame hunger, keep aggression high.
  • Fasted-cardio fans wanting a quick cap over mixing drinks for early starts. Caffeines, yerba mate, rauwolfia deliver fast buzz and heat for tight windows.
  • Bodybuilders in shreds who handle high-stims. Suits chasing hunger kill, more sweat, locked focus while holding performance on tight calories.
  • Working folks training pre-work needing one-cap stim over full powders. Caps are easy, carry well, focused on energy and heat, not extras.
  • Lifters feeling foggy in cuts wanting drive as much as weight drop. Tyrosine and caffeines target motivation when low food hits hard.
  • High-tolerance types bored of basic caffeines. SAW stacks anhydrous, di-malate, citrate, and alpha-yohimbine rauwolfia for more than generic.

How to Use

Kick off with 1 cap to check tolerance, 20-30 mins before training or fasted cardio. SAW's high-stim with prop-blend caffeines and alpha-yohimbine rauwolfia, so don't treat it like mild caffeine. Empty stomach speeds it up but amps effects; if iffy, add light food. Wash down with water, skip stacking with coffee or drinks since caffeine total's unknown and overdoing sucks. Don't take near bed – layers last. Avoid mixing with other high-stims unless you know your limits. For long cuts, cycle by using on key days to keep tolerance low. Store cool and dry, lid tight. If heart races, bad shakes, sick, or anxious, stop – don't force it.

What to Expect

0-10 mins: after popping, not much yet besides the wait, though sensitives might feel a subtle wake-up. 10-25 mins: fast caffeines show up with better focus, alertness, light heat, maybe niacin tingle. 20-45 mins: peak time – hunger dips, body warms, easier to jump into training with more oomph. 45-120 mins: stays up thanks to layers, but without exact caffeine numbers, hard to pin duration. Days 1-7: figure tolerance, timing, if rauwolfia feels good or too much. Weeks 2-4: manage building tolerance, so vets use it smart – not daily ramp-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Insane Labz SAW?

The exact total caffeine amount is not disclosed on the verified formula data provided. We can confirm it contains caffeine anhydrous, Infinergy™ di-caffeine malate, caffeine citrate, and yerba mate, which clearly places it in the high-stim category, but the proprietary blend prevents precise caffeine accounting.

Is SAW a beginner-friendly fat burner?

No. Between multiple caffeine sources and rauwolfia extract standardized for a minimum 90% alpha yohimbine, this is built for experienced stimulant users, not first-time thermogenic buyers.

What does the rauwolfia in SAW actually do?

Rauwolfia vomitoria standardized for alpha yohimbine is included to intensify the formula's thermogenic and appetite-suppressing feel. It is one of the main reasons SAW feels more aggressive than a basic caffeine-only fat burner, but it's also the ingredient most likely to increase jitters, sweating, or anxiousness in sensitive users.

Why are there multiple forms of caffeine in this formula?

Using caffeine anhydrous, di-caffeine malate, caffeine citrate, and yerba mate creates a more layered energy profile than relying on one source alone. In practice, that usually means faster onset plus a more sustained feel, though the exact curve depends on the undisclosed total amounts.

What is L-tyrosine doing in a fat burner?

L-tyrosine is a precursor to catecholamines like dopamine and norepinephrine, which are heavily involved in focus, motivation, and stimulant response. In a formula like SAW, it is there to support the neurochemical side of staying mentally sharp during calorie restriction and heavy stimulant use.

Can I stack SAW with a pre-workout?

Usually not with another stimulant-heavy pre-workout. Because SAW already contains multiple undisclosed caffeine sources plus alpha-yohimbine-standardized rauwolfia, stacking it with another stim product can easily overshoot your tolerance and make the experience unpleasant or unsafe.

Should I take SAW fasted or with food?

Most experienced users prefer it on a relatively empty stomach because high-stim fat burners usually hit faster and harder that way. If you're unsure about tolerance, taking it with a light meal can blunt the intensity somewhat and is a smarter first-use approach.

Will the niacin in SAW burn more fat?

Not meaningfully at the disclosed 30 mg dose. What niacin is more likely to cause is warmth, redness, or a flushing sensation in some users, which can feel dramatic but is not the same thing as enhanced fat loss.

Why does the proprietary blend matter?

Because it prevents you from verifying whether ingredients like L-tyrosine, GABA, AMPiberry®, and rauwolfia are dosed in line with useful ranges. It also means you cannot calculate exact total caffeine, which is a major consideration in a high-stim product.

Is SAW better for cardio or weight training?

It can suit both, but it is especially well matched to fasted cardio, morning training, and cut-phase sessions where appetite suppression and central energy are the priority. It is less of a complete gym formula than a pre-workout because it does not include disclosed pump, hydration, or performance-dose ergogenics.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.
