The wheat and cane are initially distilled together in a reflux style column still providing the equivalent of a ten-times distillation for the spirit base.

Fresh, hand selected beans are exclusively prepared by a local roaster who roasts and grinds them immediately prior to our process. Then precisely brew the beans using an special procedure and then combine that with the spirit base, and then incorporate everything into a final distillation step using a specially configured pot still to bring out the natural flavors while creating an unusually clear spirit.
