In het zuiden van Italië, Puglia om precies te zijn, is het relatief jonge wijnhuis Masseria Li Veli gevestigd. Maar de historie gaat veel verder. De grondlegger was Antonio de Viti de Marco die droomde van een wijnproject in deze regio. Tientallen jaren terug werd het wijnproject nieuw leven in geblazen. Vandaag de dag beslaat het domein 33.000 hectare, waar de druiven kunnen genieten van een perfect klimaat. Koude nachten, warme dagen en milde winters wisselen elkaar af en bevorderen het rijpingsproces. Rond augustus en september worden de Primitivo en Negroamaro druiven volledig met de hand geoogst, waarna ze in kleine kratjes vervoerd worden naar de wijnmakerij. Hierdoor blijven de druiven mooi intact en behouden ze hun frisheid. Eenmaal aangekomen ondergaan de druiven een tweede handmatige selectie. De geselecteerde druiven worden vervolgens ontsteeld en gekneusd. De vergisting volgt bij een temperatuur va 27 tot 31 graden, waarbij alle fijne kleur en smaakstoffen maximaal uit de schillen wordt gehaald. De malolactische gisting volgt en de wijn rijpt tot slot 4 maanden in houten vaten.De bloemige aroma’s van Masseria Li Veli Primonero Salento Negroamaro
Een mooie volle en robijnrode wijn verschijnt in het glas. In de geur bloementonen die mooi samensmelten met de rijke geuren van rood fruit als bessen en kersen. De smaak is gebalanceerd met rijp rood fruit als kersen, pruimen en blauwe bessen die gecombineerd worden met een zachte zuurgraad. De rijpe tannines met het rijpe fruit begeleiden je naar een mooie lange afdronk. Schenk deze Primonero Salento Negroamaro in bij gegrild rood vlees of bij wildgerechten. Has fit perfectly into my morning espresso

This seems to me to be an excellent small kitchen scale. I am new to the complexities of espresso making and have begun using this scale every morning to measure my dose and output. It is working just fine. Easy to operate, keep clean and store. I did not give it 5 stars because I have limited comparisons but I don’t expect and will not bother looking for anything better.

Perfectly fits what I needed for my espresso habit!

This Maestri House mini coffee scale is a great little tool for espresso and pour-over. The size is compact enough to fit under a portafilter or cup, and the 0.1g accuracy makes dialing in coffee much easier. Maestro House Mini Coffee Scale
I have begun to drink tea, pu’erh tea to be specific. I have several varieties and I have had a problem with getting consistent results. The varieties can be very different in size depending on when the leaves are harvested (leaves harvested in spring are much smaller). So the easiest way to get consistent results is by weight. This scale is very easy to use with a ceramic tea scoop, set the tea scoop on the scale, zero it out and add tea leaves. This has made my results much better, without the wild swings in strength I had been getting before trying to eyeball even measures. This scale gives me accurate measurements to one tenth of a gram.

Mostly great, except one little annoyance

Pros- lightweight, small, very accurate, easy to clean, timer included.
Cons- I use this to brew espresso on my Breville Touch and to get an accurate reading, you have to place something flat (structured) under the scale. Otherwise the reading just jumps all over the place. I know lot of espresso machines have the same base, so this might be an issue for some!
This is my reason for 4/5 stars. It’s an easy fix, it’s just kind of annoying. Value for the price seems to be on point. It’s easy to clean. It has a timer as well as scale (nice for espresso). Buttons work the first time you push them.

Smooth taste and blends nicely
Size: 1.4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This is probably one of the smoothest matchas I've ever bought. The tea blends out nicely without any clumps - no sifting required! I have bought from expensive brands that still have clumps despite sifting and whisking, so I was extremely pleased to see that this one doesn't have any of those problems. The price is also on point!
Taste: 4.5/5 I would say on par if not better than most cafes where you're paying $7-8 a cup. It's not bitter at all and has a mild grassy note. It's tasty on its own or as a latte.
Blendability: 5/5 Doesn't need sifting at all. A bamboo whisk is enough.
Color: 4.5/5 A nice high quality green color. I'd say it's a tier down premium green, but still pretty vibrant and the quality can't be beat for this price point.
Overall thoughts: It's the perfect budget brand if you're looking for a high quality matcha experience. It's great for everyday use and a good starting point for beginners.
