Wat is populierenhout? 

Thermowood Populier Triple Black is een premium houten gevelbekleding die door middel van een intensief warmtebehandelingsproces en een diepgaande zwarte behandeling een tijdloos en stoer uiterlijk krijgt. Populierenhout dat van nature licht, luchtig en goed bewerkbaar is, ondergaat een thermische modificatie waarbij het hout tot boven de 180 °C wordt verhit. Dit verandert de celstructuur fundamenteel.

Het resultaat is een stabiel, vochtwerend en bioresistente plank dat zijn elegante, matte zwarte kleur voor jaren behoudt.

Geschikt voor binnen & buiten buitengevels

Buitenruimtes: Dankzij de thermische behandeling is dit hout uitstekend bestand tegen vocht, UV-straling en schommelende temperaturen. Goed voor moderne gevelbekleding, carports, tuinhuizen en terrassen.

Binnenruimtes: Het zachte, matte zwart en de fijne nerf van populier geven elk interieur een moderne uitstraling. Gebruik het als wandbekleding, plafondbekleding, scheidingswanden of decoratieve accenten in woonkamers, kantoren, etc.

Waarom populierenhout?

Populier is een snelgroeiende Europese houtsoort met een fijne, gelijkmatige nerf. Het hout is lichter dan eik of grenen, wat verwerking en transport aanzienlijk vereenvoudigt. Dankzij de thermische behandeling worden de oorspronkelijke zwakke punten van populier zoals gevoeligheid voor vocht en schimmels volledig weggewerkt.

Plaatsing

Verwerk de planken met voldoende ventilatie achter de gevelbekleding en gebruik RVS of thermisch verzinkte bevestigingsmiddelen.

This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.

This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.
