In bocca è intenso, con un'ottima sapidità e persistenza.La forastera è un vitigno a bacca bianca tipico della Campania e dell'isola di Ischia. Vino bianco di prestigio per la cantina Cenatiempo, viene vinificato in acciaio per apprezzarne al meglio la freschezza legata all'elegante sapidità. Vino must se si va in vacanza ad Ischia o se si vuole un tocco di Campania in tavola.
Da abbinare ad un risotto alla marinara, spaghetti ai frutti di mare e alle cicale, pesce al cartoccio e al vapore.
