Al palato lintensità dei sapori è corrispondente agli aromi percepiti al naso in un tuttuno di grande armonia.Il territorio di Menfi, grazie alle sue caratteristiche uniche, ha saputo accogliere nel tempo un grande numero di varietà molto diverse tra di loro. Vitigni a bacca rossa e a bacca bianca che hanno trovato in questa zona le condizioni ideali per una perfetta maturazione, da cui Mandrarossa riesce a produrre vini di grande personalità ed eleganza. Il syrah per esempio predilige terreni caratterizzati da sabbie rosse molto fini, ricche di ferro, che rimandano alle sabbie dei deserti e conferiscono al vino un colore intenso e una grande corposità. È così che nasce questo rosso frutto di una vinificazione in sole vasche di acciaio capace di accompagnare le pietanze più diverse in un susseguirsi di suggestioni di sicuro fascino.
A tutto pasto, si abbina a verdure grigliate, formaggi semi-stagionati, pasta al forno a base di ragù di carne, vitello arrosto.

Great for about to be and already 'marrieds'

Five-star material. I have used these materials in counseling couples about to be married and find it the best tool I have ever used. I felt it sound enough that my wife & I took time away and went through materials and found it to be very helpful. I recommend it not only for those about to be married but those who have been married for any amount of time.

It's worked so far
After 10 years of marriage grounded on this book I am (we are) still happily married. Doing the exercises was the most useful part - they opened up a lot of conversations we'd never have otherwise had, and the tools have stood us in good stead, especially 'when the chips are down'. The video series is a bit 'Bible-belt" but does unpack some aspects of the book. We've given the book and exercise set to a couple of nearly marrieds as wedding gifts. On the downside the section on hot monogamy had some typos that were plain scary. If it had been cheaper to buy the book and two exercise books than the set, I'd still do that.

Best premarital study

Best premarital study!!! We were both a participant and a leader. If your church or small group is considering a premarital study, please take this one!!! It is relevant and challenging. It will help you face many of the topics that will quickly consume your married life.
