Vitamine D kan door de huid worden aangemaakt maar dit is voor velen toch wel een probleem. 
Hiervoor moet je tussen 11:00 uur en 15:00 uur minstens 30 minuten buiten zijn en als men buiten is dan wordt er vaak een zonnebrandcrème gebruikt die al het UV licht blokkeert. 
Veel mensen komen in verband met baan school werk en/of leeftijd niet rond deze tijd buiten en daarom is het raadzaam om extra vitamine D3 in te nemen.

Gebruik
Volwassenen nemen als voedingssupplement dagelijks 1 tot 2 druppels bij voorkeur bij de maaltijd.
