De MAXXIS Shorty is superrobuust dankzij het versterkte Dual Ply karkas en heeft een groter volume dan de Wet Scream. De grote, lichtjes verschoven zijwanden zorgen voor een grote stabiliteit in de bochten, zelfs bij hoge snelheden.

Het profiel, met zijn wijd uit elkaar geplaatste blokken, zorgt voor een effectieve afvoer van stenen en modder, terwijl het dankzij de vierkante vorm een bijtend remgedrag garandeert.
