De populaire pioenroos Coral Sunset is een lust voor het oog. Wat een prachtige grote  bloemen geeft deze plant! De bladeren verkleuren van een koraalroze langzaam naar een meer roomwitte kleur tijdens de bloei, zoals op de foto's te zien is. Dit soort wordt dan ook weleens 'Toverpioen' genoemd. Coral Sunset is erg geschikt voor de pluktuin, met stevig gewas en sterke, groene stelen.  

Pioenrozen groeien het beste in de volle grond en houden van een zonnige plek in de tuin. Het zijn gemakkelijk te verzorgen vaste planten en komen ieder jaar weer terug in je tuin met steeds meer bloemen.
