Over het geweven klassieke leer:
Het geweven leer van reststukken helpt verspilling tijdens de productie van O My Bag te verminderen, dus heeft een positieve impact hebt op het milieu. Het duurzame leer van topkwaliteit is gelooid zonder het gebruik van schadelijke chemicaliën en heeft geen synthetische topafwerking. Door de open structuur zullen krassen ontstaan en onregelmatigheden in kleur en textuur horen bij dit leer. Het leer ontwikkelt zich in de loop van de tijd en ziet er nog beter uit naarmate je het vaker gebruikt! Met een beetje liefde en zorg gaat je wallet jarenlang mee.

Het O My Bag atelier 'Springfield' werkt samen met een groep vrouwen in Bilpar, een klein dorpje aan de rand van Kolkata (Calcutta, India), die gespecialiseerd zijn in het leer weven. Momenteel zijn er ongeveer 40 huisvrouwen die vanuit hun huis werken, waardoor ze een duurzaam inkomen kunnen verdienen terwijl ze hun huishoudelijke taken, zoals het zorgen voor de kinderen, kunnen blijven vervullen. Door deze vrouwen kansen op werk te bieden en hun vaardigheden te ondersteunen maakt O My Bag een positief verschil in hun leven en dat van hun gezinnen.

This "valet" organizer, which is the first time I've heard that term for a product like this, is nearly perfect. However, I'm not complaining one bit as the wireless charging is great, and it's a differentiator that determines the value of the piece. I would have preferred the pad be built into the piece, however the angle of it does make it easy to grab opposed to using your finger(s) to pry it up.
