In 1947 kwamen zeven gerenommeerde en visionaire wijnbouwers samen in een gezamenlijke zoektocht naar ultieme perfectie en richtten Champagne Palmer & Co op. Na een eerste decennium van indrukwekkende groei, kochten de oprichters in 1959 de kelders van een champagnehuis in Reims. Jaren heeft de coöperatie zich verspreid langs Reims en bezit nu een indrukwekkende 450 hectare wijngaarden, waarvan meer dan 200 geclassificeerd als Grand en Premier Crus. Champagne Palmer & Co maken optimaal gebruik van het feit dat hun wijnen uitzonderlijk lang kunnen rijpen en hun reservewijnen worden zorgvuldig gemengd om een rijke en geroosterde stijl te creëren. Uniek is dat Palmer een van de weinige producenten is die alle champagnes fermenteert in de flessen waarin ze worden verkocht. De druiven worden hier zo verbouwd dat er maximaal respect is voor het milieu en de boeren die actief betrokken zijn bij de teelt van de wijnstokken. De druiven, die eerder zijn ontsteeld, ondergaan een pre-fermentatie maceratie bij lage temperaturen gedurende 12 uur. Daarop volgt een alcoholische gisting in roestvrijstalen tanks onder strenge temperatuurcontrole. Het uiteindelijke resultaat is simpelweg geweldig! De Blanc de Blancs heeft een heldere lichtgouden kleur. Hij heeft een frisse en expressieve geur met citrusvruchten aroma’s. In de mond allereerst fris en elegant. De smaak is fris fruitig met tonen van citrus, peren en hazelnoot en ontbijtkoek. Een frisse, complexe en rijpe wijn en dat allemaal samen in één glas. Great chew toy to keep around the house

This came highly recommended by the behavioural team at the animal shelter and it hasn't disappointed. It's interesting reading the reviews, because our power-chewer pit-mix who can get a chunk off a split antler in a matter of minutes, hasn't ever been able to get a bite out of this bone! This is a great play toy for her, because it's soft enough that we can throw it for her to fetch in the house without worrying about breaking/denting something and are able to pull it out of her mouth fairly easily once she brings it back (still hasn't learned "drop it!"). The bone isn't flavored, so she'll rarely go to it on her own to chew on, but we keep it near the couch so if she ever gets bitey, we have it close at hand to offer to her as a chewer. It's also entertaining to tuck it into her collar and have her figure out how to remove it to play with it (see photo for this game and size compared to 50lb mutt).

Best bouncy bone!

My pups love these bones! They are soft and rubbery, but very durable. Had them for a little over 6 months and it has survived my extreme chewers and many tug of war games, and only has a few puncture marks! They bounce on my concrete floors and my pup loves to play fetch with this. Great purchase

Excellent for aggressive chewers

First I would like to say I think Jolly Pets are the best line of dog toys out there if you have an aggressive chewer. Their products have amazed me! And I am not being paid for this review. I have a 155 lb mastiff that is an excellent behaved boy but loves to destroy his toys. I had this bone in large and it held up excellent for about 4-5 months. I ordered it again in medium size by mistake and after 2 weeks it already has pieces missing...my fault. My only complaint is the medium size in blue smells like vanilla perfume. I can't wash it off. Although my handsome boy doesn't seem to mind. I just reordered in large. Also ordered a few other Jolly Pet toys as I am amazed at how they hold up. The "soccer ball" is my dogs favorite. It reinflates itself again and again no matter how much chewing or wear and tear its given. It's just magic!

This company makes great toys for pitts!!

Our pitt LOVES this toy. The rubber is reeeaally tough. It’s well designed because it’s a slippery surface. You can tell from the video there’s a lot of squeaking from him trying to get a good grip. He found a pretty good spot to hook his upper teeth into the crevasse, but his bottom teeth kept slipping.
As a side note, I wouldn’t leave any toy home alone with him that’s about 3 inches or smaller because dogs can choke on it, but that doesn’t make this any toy or company any less amazing. For toys I would leave home with a power chewer, take a look at that 4inch red ball made by this same company. He hasn’t made a dent in that thing and you can put treats in it. :)
