Dit rijsmandje geeft vorm en steun tijdens het proces van rijzen aan het brooddeeg. Het materiaal van deze ambachtelijke rijsmand is riet (Rotan). Het deegrijsmandje beschikt over een uitstekende kwaliteit, waardoor je een perfect en heerlijk brood kunt maken.

Om je rijsmandje schoon te houden kun je een daarvoor bestemde linnendoek in het mandje plaatsen. 

Het gebruiken van het Rijsmandje Riet Rond

  1. Bestrooi het deegrijsmandje met wat rijstemeel of bloem.
  2. Leg het brooddeeg in het rijsmandje.
  3. Na het rijsproces keer je het mandje voorzichtig om boven een bakblik of broodplank.
  4. Wanneer je het mandje rustig heen en weer kantelt, laat het deeg vaak al los.
  5. Zorg ervoor dat het brooddeeg zachtjes in het bakblik of op de broodplank landt.
  6. Maak het rijsmandje schoon door deegresten te verwijderen met een harde borstel of de Brand New Cake Schoonmaakborstel. Daarnaast het mandje ook lichtjes uitkloppen. 


Let op: Het deegrijsmandje is enkel geschikt voor het rijzen van deeg, dus niet voor het daadwerkelijk bakken van brood. Daarnaast mag dit rijsmandje op geen enkele manier nat worden. Dit om schimmelvorming tegen te gaan.
