Il "Guidalberto" nasce dalla volont di Nicol Incisa della
Rosso rubino, si caratterizza per una trama olfattiva estremamente fine e variegata. Ciliegia e prugna sono le note che introducono sentori floreali impreziositi da toni di tabacco e di liquirizia. In bocca è elegantissimo, un tannino mai invadente ed un'insospettabile freschezza sorreggono un sorso di grandissima compostezza e reattività. Bellissimo anche il finale, di rara persistenza.Il "Guidalberto" nasce dalla volontà di Nicolò Incisa della Rocchetta, figlio di Mario, di cimentarsi anche con il merlot. Nonostante infatti la spina dorsale del Toscana IGT "Guidalberto" 2014 del Tenuta San Guido, nato nel 2000, rimanga il cabernet sauvignon, quello non utilizzato nel Sassicaia, il merlot dona una certa morbidezza ed un frutto di grande avvolgenza, offrendo così al consumatore un prodotto in grado di essere consumato anche in gioventù.
Elegante ed avvolgente, il "Guidalberto" è vino rosso che si esalta con preparazioni di grande ricchezza. Cappellacci ai funghi porcini.

Bought this for homemade coffee brewing, just to spice things up. But as I go ahead to heat up my new shiny stainless steel milk frother cup in the microwave, whoopdy doo. Ya can’t put stainless in the microwave! Regardless, it’s still a straightforward frother cup to handle, making it a great dollar investment for upgrading my home cafe setup.
