Gebruik
Per portie 2 g poeder (= 4 meetlepels) in een glas met een beetje vloeistof - zoals water, sap of iets dergelijks - mengen en dan de rest van de vloeistof tot ong. 250 ml toevoegen.
De poeder kan ook worden voorbereid met een blender (shaker). Drink één portie per dag voor een van de maaltijden

Wanted to like them

These are very cute but no compression at all in the waist. Even if I was to size down I wouldn’t feel comfortable working out in them. They would be too loose. Maybe for leisure they’d be okay but for CrossFit or running or moving a lot, I wouldn’t bother.
