De Alfen Eve Single S-line 11 kW: Deze wallbox met type 2 socket is geschikt voor zakelijke verrekening en alle laadpassen. Het biedt dynamic load balancing voor efficiënt stroomgebruik en is geschikt voor laadpleinen en thuisgebruik. Dit Nederlandse product wordt geleverd met 2 jaar Carry-In-garantie. Dit betekent dat je zelf verantwoordelijk bent voor het verzenden, transporteren en de bijbehorende kosten als je aanspraak wilt maken op de garantie. Let op: Alfen laadpalen moeten worden ingesteld via een laptop, waarvoor een Alfen-account nodig is. Wij raden aan om een installateur te kiezen die ervaring heeft met Alfen laadpalen.

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns.
