Mocht u uw fietssleutel kwijtraken, dan kunt u via de AXA online sleutelservice een extra sleutel bestellen. De ketting kan op twee manieren worden gebruikt: door this vast te zetten om een paal en af te sluiten met het hangslot, of door de ketting door het oog te halen en een korte lus te maken. Dit maximaliseert de lengte van de ketting en vermindert het gewicht.
