Reeds lang geleden kwamen onze voorouders er achter dat als je lijnolie verkookte dat dan de kwaliteit enorm toe nam. Dat verkoken was echter een lastig proces dat door onvoldoende kennis van zaken nogal eens verkeerd ging. In de loop der jaren werd daarom steeds minder lijnolie écht gekookt maar nam men vooral rauwe lijnolie die werd voorzien van (chemische) droogstoffen om makkelijk en goedkoop een drogende olie te krijgen. Dergelijke ruwe producten kennen we tegenwoordig onder de naam "gekookte lijnolie". Die gekookte lijnolie is weliswaar goedkoop maar maakt het hout donkerder, vergeelt snel, ruikt onprettig, droogt alleen dankzij de hulpstoffen en geeft eigenlijk een zeer matige oliefilm. 

De Verrijkte Gekookte Lijnolie waar u op deze Lijnolie pagina over leest wordt nog echt verkookt zoals Lijnolie ooit bedoeld was. Verrijkte Gekookte Lijnolie is dan ook een ouderwets maar hoogwaardig product dat nog op ambachtelijke wijze maar met moderne kennis wordt gemaakt. Deze Lijnolie is dan ook helder van kleur, droogt vrijwel geheel op natuurlijke wijze en geeft een uitstekende Lijnolie film. Om de kwaliteit nog verder te verhogen hebben we bovendien een percentage Tungolie toegevoegd. Om het onderscheid tussen de standaard kwaliteit gekookte lijnolie en dit product duidelijk te maken heeft dit product dan ook de naam Verrijkte Gekookte Lijnolie gekregen. This is the second Michael Kors bag in my collection, and I’m pleased with both of them. These are quality items that are timeless and complement pretty much everything that i own. At first, i thought that this was a travel bag in the sense that you would put toiletries in it, but it’s intended to be a smaller crossbody bag that you can travel with. It’s meant to hold essential items and look quite stylish while doing so. I chose this color since my luggage set and toiletry bags are all cream and brown. Classic, chic, elegant and sophisticated without screaming that this is a designer bag. This comes packaged beautifully and carefully so that it’s protected. The strap is adjustable on both sides. The bag lives up to Michael Kors quality and is worth every penny. I need a matching wallet or wristlet NOW.
