Un vino particolarmente interessante e versatile da abbinare ad un pasto ricco di preparazioni speziate e della cucina orientale. Ottenuto da una vinificazione in acciaio ed una fermentazione a bassissima temperatura con lieviti naturali.
Ottimo con piatti della cucina vegetariana come ricche insalate e risotti alle verdure. Si abbina molto bene con piatti speziati e carni bianche in salsa.
