Al vroegtijdig stond het leven van Telmo Rodriguez in het teken van wijnen. Hij bracht zijn jeugd door op de wijnmakerij van zijn vader. En voltooide al vroeg zijn diploma oenologie in Bordeaux. In 1994 startte hij een bijzonder project, wat later misschien wel gezien kon worden als meest ambitieuze project in de Spaanse wijnbouwgeschiedenis. Zo begon hij de best mogelijke wijnen te persen in diverse Spaanse wijnregio’s. Hij werk samen met een tal van oenologen in verschillende gebieden om de lokale wijnen te verbeteren. Het typische karakter per regio staat centraal. De 100 procent Grenache druiven rijpen in alle rust in het ideale klimaat in de regio Castilla y Leon. De diepgewortelde wijnstokken worden traditioneel verbouwd. Bij optimale rijpheid worden de druiven handmatig geoogst en in kleine dozen vervoerd. Voordeel hiervan is, dat de druiven in de wijngaard zelf al een strenge selectie ondergaan. Dat bevordert direct de kwaliteit. In de wijnmakerij volgt het wijnbereidingsproces. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van inheemse gisten tijdens de fermentatie. De wijn rijpt tot slot ongeveer 18 tot 24 maanden in Franse Eikenhouten vaten.De fruitige aroma’s van Pegaso Granito
De Pegaso Granito van Telmo Rodriguez straalt met een robijnrode kleur in het glas. Een prachtig boeket komt vrij met aroma’s van bramen, zwarte kersen en kruiden. Een vlezige smaak in de mond, goed geconcentreerd met krachtige tannines. Ook in de smaak komen de fruitige tonen naar voren, maar deze worden in balans gebracht met een aangename zuurgraad.Shipping Notes

Great rv wheel chocks

After ten years, I finally decided to replace one pair of these. They have taken abuse through eleven camping seasons with my rv and I gave them to the new owner when selling my old trailer. I like these because I can use my orange plastic deadblow hammer to get them tight to the wheels. They are pointy so they really get under the tire and stay put. The rope handle makes them easy to pick up and move to the storage bay.

Excellent leveling blocks for our (heavy) Sprinter van

This review is for the FasTen XL 10 pack (10.5" × 10.5", 10 ea.).
We have a 2024 AWD Sprinter van that's been fully converted to a Class B camper. Fully loaded, the van weighs ~ 8,650 lbs, and sits on 265-mm-wide (10.4-inches wide) BF Goodrich AT KO2 tires. The width of the tires were a driving factor in deciding to purchase the XL-sized blocks instead of the standard blocks. In addition, each wheel carries more than a ton of weight, especially in the rear. To be honest, I had my doubts about how well these plastic blocks would stand up to such loads.
I am happy to report that after three weeks of daily use on both dirt and paved surfaces, these blocks have performed very well, showing no signs of cracking or deforming. While in use, the blocks sometimes appear to be bent (and possibly they are, but this could also be an illusion). Nonetheless, when stowing them, the blocks are perfectly flat and stack nicely for easy storage in the van's equipment box. Just knock off the dirt and pebbles, stack them up using the convenient handle, and you're ready to go.
